Note: I'm using my alt. account, which I use to start certain games from the very beginning without deleting my data from the base account.
This run was kinda a challenge, considering you have to get close to the enemy to shoot at them with the risk of getting hit.
Thanks to the laser guns from the ADF-11F and the DarkStar, I can keep a safe distance from AA Guns and other painful targets for zero damage, especially if you buy the parts for the laser's hitbox and range. The clouds are problematic sometimes, but nothing from the other world.
UAVs however... some of them are painful to deal with, especially the MQ-101. They stick with you ridiculously and that's actually why I took them out in Mission 19 before going for the Arsenal Bird Justice, so I don't have freaking mosquitoes behind making me waste time on checkpoints. That laser spam when the rectenna got exposed however, despite I avoided any damage, was probably the biggest middle finger of the run, since I tend to destroy the laser directly in a normal run, so I didn't know about that spam.
And yeah, you can get almost every mission-based medals in this run, with the exception of "Dropping the Bird", because you can't use guns, so I had to repeat Mission 19. However, I used exclusively missiles, since that's a requirement for the Erusean Su-37. The XFA-27 proved being the best choice for this.
I did this on Casual difficulty because of unlimited guns, low armor on enemies and having the missile counter not visible was better for me to remember I'm using only guns, and considering I don't need any S rank here, I had freedom for speedrun and grind (depending on the mission), not to mention the SP Aces start appearing in Normal difficulty or higher after the 1st campaign completion, so better not having attachments for them (examples: 4/6/8AAM in Mission 1 ruins "Machine Gun Maniac" and 50%+ damage in Mission 5 ruins "Not A Scratch").
The rest of medals are easy to get, so there's no need to record them too.
