  • Ingredients
    For peanut chutney:
    Peanuts - 1 cup
    Garlic cloves - 5-6 nos
    Green chillies - 2 nos
    Salt - ½ tsp
    Water - 4 tbsp
    For coconut chutney:
    Coconut - ½ cup
    Coriander leaves
    Ginger - 1 inch
    Garlic cloves - 2 nos
    Green chillies - 2 nos
    Salt - ½ tsp
    Lemon (for lemon juice) - ½ nos
    Coconut water - 4 tbsp
    Roasted peanuts - 8-10 nos
    For tadka/tempering:
    Mustard oil - 2 tbsp
    Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
    Dry red chillies - 4 nos
    Kashmiri red chilli powder - ½ tsp
    Curry leaves
    For neer dosa batter:
    Rice (soaked in water for minimum 4 hours or overnight) - 2 cups
    Coconut - ½ cup
    Water - 6 cups in total (2 cups for grinding + 4 cups for mixing)
    Salt - ½ tbsp
