- Jack in the Box just launched a slew of new and updated menu items, including a new Double Bacon Sourdough Jack, new Sauced & Loaded Potato Wedges, and much more.
Here’s a closer look at the latest arrivals:
Double Bacon Sourdough Jack: Two 100% beef patties, seasoned as they grill, double hickory smoked bacon, tomato, two melty cheeses, mayo and ketchup on the brand’s signature toasted sourdough bread. The Double Bacon Sourdough Jack can be enjoyed on its own or as part of a combo served with fries and a drink.
Classic Sauced & Loaded Potato Wedges: Crispy potato wedges, loaded with melty shredded cheddar cheese, cheddar cheese sauce, ranch and bacon crumbles.
Spicy Sauced & Loaded Potato Wedges: Crispy potato wedges, melty shredded cheddar cheese, cheddar cheese sauce, bacon crumbles, spicy good good sauce, and jalapenos.
The latest iteration of the Breakfast Taco consists of a crunchy taco shell filled with freshly scrambled egg, American cheese, taco sauce and Jimmy Dean sausage.
Jack Pack with Jr. Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger: A Jr. Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger, plus one taco, curly fries and a drink.
Jack Pack with Chicken Sandwich: A Chicken Sandwich, one taco, curly fries and a drink.

I actually tried the Double Bacon Sourdough Jack yesterday.
I kind of liked it. Part of the reason I didn't like it was they could have crisped the bread a bit more. Texture was a little bit absent, which, it begs the question...is the sandwich more enjoyable as soon as it's made and ready to eat?
Because I ate it without the cheese, I was actually fine with it.
But the price...man...it came to about $14-15 for it (since I did use the $2 off coupon for the small combo, which would have been $16-17). Might have dented my wallet a bit, but it definitely was worth the experience. I'm hoping they do keep it as a permanent option to their menu, otherwise I'll try a Sourdough Jack at a different Jack's and see if the experience changes differently there than the one I ordered from.
