    This wheel has been on my wishlist for a very long time, but it seemed like TM were not going to make more of them. Fortunately, they are a little more available now, and I just placed an order for one!
    I hope that more and more people get their hands on these, because more people means more mods, more supported games, better firmware, and more customization options.
    There will be a time when putting a custom image or gif on the screen, and hanging it in the wall is going to be possible, and I'm ready for it!

    Soo, nice intro made 👍 Great review. I have it and i like it, only con i have is the Clutch paddles miss some form of magnetic option or spring with more resistance, as they feel cheap the way they are now. But, coming from the Ferrari Add on from 2011, this is a great step up wheel👍

    So...i bought this wheel last year, and this is one of the reviews i watched. Some things I'd like to note:
    First of all thrustmaster just flat out lied about further screens and updates coming for the display and compatibility. There's only ever been one update, and it seems like it was a retro update, backing it down to a former firmware. Even as far as F1 22, you still have to use the one UPD format for F1 2019-20.
    The buttons are NOT mappable on Xbox. They are what they are, and most of them are duplicates. The rotary encoders at the thumbs tend to activate by themselves wheel you turn the wheel, and they are BOTH permanently mapped to 'd-pad up/down' which makes them useless anyway since there's an actual d-pad stick right there on the face.
    This wheel and it's subsequent lack of support and upgrades has taught me everything i need to know about Thrustmaster and what they feel is acceptable. In today's ever-growing market and rising tech in sim racing in general, service after the sale is becoming very much an important thing, especially with all the incoming new product providers. A business model that sells for 'good enough, let's move on to the next thing' will whither and die on the vine. With the cost of this wheel running around $350 US, the lack of upgrades, support, and even basic firmware support and updates is unacceptable. I will never again buy anything Thrustmaster makes, and I'll do my best to convince others to follow suit. My setup cost me nearly $1100, and it's not a direct drive wheel base. That alone is reason enough to pursue other options.
    High pricing, and a lackluster attitude towards after-sale service and support will likely mean a brand's doom as the years go by, as incoming products are becoming cheaper and more supported by other companies.

    sf1000 have gear problems and frozen screen problems, if you play on a ps4. Had the same problem on two sf1000 wheel add-on until I return it.
    If you buy T-Chrono paddles may solve the problem for a while, it work for me for 4 months.. but the problem always comes back at some point.
    Sf1000 has more problems too, if you own a T300-base then you will lose force feedback a lot.. you must buy a GT 2-base.
    If you play on a PS4 don't buy sf1000 wheel add-on. it will cost a lot of money for something that doesn't work and a lot of time.

      @Flapjack7 Před rokem

      Why T300 base loses force feedback a lot? Thrustmaster says it's compatible. Is it the weight of SF1000 being the problem here and causes overheating of FF motor?
