A very nice one pan dinner to return with.
Great idea using the chopped chicken skin as a garnish.
I'll keep this one in mind as I have 4 bone in thigh cutlets in the freezer waiting for a recipe. This may well be the one!

Keith I blitz my friend chicken skins with a little salt and dried rosemary and use the seasoning on my beef dripping roast potatoes. Absolutely delicious 😋
