You're spot on with the adjustment rods under the seat, it's for your tracking and needs adjustment as needed. At least that's what my dealer told me when I purchased.
Wow that grass is tall and looks a little wet very impressive cut right there! Blades are obviously sharp and working really really well! Very satisfying video! Oh yea don't forget to mow with an attitude! 😁💪💪

Love the more but mine was skipping grass as well. I stopped at 4:43 to right this and so far i haven't seen anything tall enough to make it skip like that. Bad boy mowers are great but what I've noticed is their blade speed isn't that fast so I measured my pulley at 6 in, bought a 7-in PTO clutch from Amazon for about $89 just to try it and sure enough like all the others I've replaced PTOs on it helped it and doesn't skip any grass at all. I did change to a high lift blade as well to help clear the shoot and suck the grass up into the blades better than factory. These are great mowers just their slow blade speed kills them. Mine was a 6-in pulley on the drive / engine with 6-in spindle pulleys which is a one-to-one ratio. Hustler, Ferris, etc I'll use a slightly larger drive pulley to up the blade speed so they don't miss grass
I have a bad boy rebel with 260 hours on it I will let you know that problem never goes away with the one handle being faster than the other you just learn to adjust. And if someone knows away I will gladly want to know. I have a Bad boy rebel
I know this is a very late reply! But I am a bad boy tech at a dealership, and underneath the seat, there is a spring for each handle, you have to adjust those springs using the adjustment screw! It is not a simple process, it requires you to get on and off the mower multiple times to get it just right for your liking. But it will fix it. If that will not work(99%) it will) then check the flow rating(gpm) for each hydrostatic motor

I actually got rid of my 2019 Exmark Laser 72 for the same reason, tall grass..The 2019 was my 5th Exmark since 2000. A high school friend owns a lawn equipment dealership - so I always did business with him as he gave me a good deal on a new unit and fair trade in value. I purchased a Badboy Rogue 72" last year 2021 w/Kawasaki 1000 and I am wayyy more happier. The suspension is awesome as well. My friend that owns the Exmark, Stihl, CanAm, and Redmax dealership is totally impressed with my Rogue he is impressed with the high quality parts used and how it is built like a tank

I cut 2 acres of grass over 4 ft tall with my rogue.Took 2 mows and you couldnt tell it had nt been mowed on a regular basis

I know this is a very late reply! But I am a bad boy tech at a dealership, and underneath the seat, there is a spring for each handle, you have to adjust those springs using the adjustment screw! It is not a simple process, it requires you to get on and off the mower multiple times to get it just right for your liking. But it will fix it. I run it at 3 and 3/4 seems to do the best for my ground
The push rod under the seat can be spun out to even your travel. I spun both mine out equally and gained another 1.5mph of ground speedd

As a suggestion run the same line you just mowed but at 3/4 power. you will get the same result and gas will last twice as long

It is 1,000 cc Kawasaki and don’t remember exactly but I think it’s around 37 hp
