I doubt it, they said the DLC was the ideas that didn’t make it to the main game, and that the DLC held every last one of the ideas, there wasn’t anything left in partial development. For example, the moonshine mob had the laser goblin and flying gentlemen shown years ago as the second phase ladybug and record player and spider mobster respectively.
i feel like if there were plane run n guns, i actually do have ideas as enemies for them
for example, maybe mini Dr Khal's robots or some of wally warbles's birds depending on the isle the run n gun is on
