    In this part we know about MPPT , Or make a MPPT charge controller Based On UC3843 Current mode PWM controller,
    This Module can be used as Buck And Boost Converter AKA DC to DC converter,
    it is 86% efficient
    Working is fairly simple UC3843 is Current mode PWM controller ic this ic is the main brain of DC to DC converter or buck boost converter, UC3843 generates PWM based on Voltage feedback it decreases its PWM when output has low load or nothing when Load Increases PWM increases to Push more current. it has a Shunt resistor of 0.01ohm to monitor current consuption , when load increases Voltage drop Increases between resistor threshold value is 1v when Vd is 1v this module refuse to supply more current so it is short circuit protected.
    this module cant work below 12v or its efficiency goes down. in next part i try to modify it to work below 12v eg- 7v or less, stay tuned.
    8th pin constant voltage supply used to power frequncy generation section.
    transformer used in this module is ferrite core, two windings are used sepratly.
    use good quality parts mainly Capacitor, Shotky Diode, Mosfet for best efficiency.The power supply accepts 13 to 27 volts and produces Variable Output. The topology is SEPIC (single-ended primary inductance converter), the advantage being the ability to convert up or down with a minimum of parts and maximum efficiency. this converter can be used for solar charging module.
    SEPIC topology uses two inductors, but if you couple them your efficiency goes up.

    I have purchased a 12v 20w solar panel and 12v 7Ah lead acid battery for my college project and I have made a charging circuit for the battery according to the circuit Lm317T barebone 1.5A solar charger but the circuit giving output upto 8 to 9 v and even when I'm adjusting the variable 2k resistor the voltage is not having much change im not able to achieve a 12v output from the circuit when I'm getting 18 to 19 v output directly from the solar panel please sir I need some help on this

    Can you make and supply one for 60 Amper output with multistage buck boost. 150 volt pannel volt can be reduced for 12 / 24 volt bank for maximum current even incese of series connection of solar panels. Just like Asha solar

    Rather Old Post but taking a shot here. Could I please have a bit more info on your coil ? Winding Counts ? Wire I assume AWG sufficient for the 5 or 6 Amp rating ? 18 - 20AWG ?

    if we change the power supply to solar panel 36V / 8Aat open circuit . what is the volt and amper in the out put Taking into consideration the in put current is increase and decrees due to the sun

      i think this depend on the out put voltage you needed . if you need 12 volt the out put will be 12 volt / 24 amper

    why you use boost converter? Input voltage is allways in 17 to 21 volts region.

      I don't see the MPPT part either. It does regulate the output voltage fine. He never even tries to explain how it follows the max power point.

      Kya apne mosfet ke drain per high voltage spike check kiya hai. Gate per 18v ka zener lagaiye. Oscilloscope per gate to source spike dekhiye. Agar spike jyada hai toh snubber ka use kijiye
