- Hi guys! Pack with me in today’s video! We’re heading to South East Asia, Australia, and New Zealand, so I’m packing for our big trip! I found this to be really difficult to pack for a bigger trip like this and fit it all into one suitcase lol. This is a more casual video, and I’ll be sharing everything that I’m thinking of packing. I'm so addicted to packing videos! I love to see how different people pack. I'm excited to see another 3 month trip packer. I did 3 months in a carry-on. I had the luxury of washing and borrowing clothes while there though.
Oh wow! Yeah it definitely helps if you can wash things while away. I definitely packed too much, but all a learning experience :)

Me sees thsi a recommended page 4 YEARS LATER but the reason I’m watching this is later this year I’m going on a two month and I need a lot of help with my packing and I’m I wouldn’t say kid I’m more of a pre teen because I’m 11 and I’m REALLY mature for my age so I like being organized and not crazy and I really hate when everything is messed so this video willl help a WHOLE LOT so *thank you*

Yeah girl, definitely buy skirts in Thailand. They'll be super cheap and a great thing to bring back with you. Fun tip - I usually use a sarong for a beach towel and scarf/blanket on the plane, it saves me some space in my suitcase. You also might consider putting your nice hair scarves in a ziplock so that they don't get messed up if your makeup pallet breaks on the flight. Have an awesome trip!!

Im planning a trip around the world with my sister and best friend. Dont worry were not going anywhere right now with Covid-19 runnning around. Were going 2 years later for 3 and a half months. I cant wait! Thanks for the packing advice. : )

I'll probably bring a suitcase and a duffel bag. My current favorite is Nomad Lane Bento bag and it packs like a suitcase so 2 bags for travel will be enough. It's about how you pack your luggage.
I'm traveling to California for 2 months for summer break (I'm from Hawai'i) im trying to put 2 months of clothes in a Carry on.

When do you arrive in New Zealand? Summer is almost over now so I hope you don't mind slightly cooler weather, although it will still be nice. Are you going to the North Island or the South Island? The south island is prettier, with far less people and nice little towns, but the north Island has all the bigger cities and is warmer. Arrowtown and Queenstown are beautiful beautiful beautiful places to visit if you are visiting the lower half of the South Island.
We will be there mid March!! We plan to rent a car and road trip around the entire country, so both North and South Islands! I've been checking the weather and anything is better than Canadian weather haha so we're pretty immune to cold XD haha!

How did this work out for you? Was the rolly suitcase easy to navigate through Asia?
We stayed in AirBnB's and Hotel's so it wasn't really an issue having a bigger suitcase. Also I definitely could've packed less, we washed our clothing so I found that I was wearing some of the same things over and over again.
I was wondering if you could share where you got your backpack that folds flat and that little case for your brushes and earrings? I travel a lot as well and am always looking for ways to space save!

I'm not sure if there's a max limit in checked baggage but you can't bring much in a carry on! I had no issues with all the liquids I brought in checked baggage.
Sucks you lost for luggage. But I feel better that you packed some clothes in your carry on. ❤

I would have purchased a lot of the toiletries there instead of taking it with me. Shampoo/body soap/hairspray/tampons etc. Also, for SE Asia, you can really REALLY get away with minimal clothing. Hope you're enjoying your trip.
Totally! I just like my shampoo and it's only available in Canada lol! But for clothing you're right it was SO hot there omg. A few dresses would've been perfect!
As a lot of SE Asian countries are rather conservative bringing tampons is really important because a lot of countries don’t really sell them (same in latin america).
I agree with shampoo and conditioner, but many skincare products in Southeast Asia (and in other parts of the world), such as lotion or sunscreen for example, have a skin whitening component which would be difficult to notice unless you read the local language. It's best to being your own skin care products to the country you're visiting not only because you already use that brand and trust that brand, but also because you may not know the ingredients in many of the products sold in the country you're visiting. As a person with dark skin traveling to Southeast Asia, I know to bring my own skincare products.
Edit: Also many places in Southeast Asia do not sell tampons as many local women will use pads for sanitary reasons. I remember when I was in Thailand a fellow female traveler was upset a convenience store didn't sell tampons, but sadly a variety of feminine hygiene products aren't always accessible, so it's best to bring your own.
So I'm going to the other side of the earth, away from Canada for around 3 months. I have no idea what to pack! I feel like I wanna bring everything with me but I can't. And I know I'll forgot something at the end, for now, a checklist will hopefully work.

I didn't have any issues. I didn't pack any liquids in my carry on either.

No undies ?? i saw two sports bras but no normal bras and knickers and it is a good idea to use compression packing cubes also solid shampoo, conditioner and body wash is so much easier and much lighter too , i love your clothes and you have very good taste x

Sorry this is long, great video so I am going away from Saturday to July 21 to August 25th if that house, I am going to New Jersey i get chance to go back my home state every year for 5 full weeks with my grandpa from Arizona and to see my uncle and my aunt at our family beach house along with my cousin.but my problem is we don't have a washer/dryer it got knot out place when we had that hurricane sandy the water only came up lucky enough to our door so now i just give to my uncle to take to his house but sometimes he be back after work sometimes he stay home clean up his pool and everything so i dont want to over pack but we can bring 2 luggage 2 carry ons one for clothes and other one for bringing stuff back what some idea of how many clothes? I can always go shopping since we have a walmart and kohls now
Dresses! I love to pack dresses or jumpsuits because they're a whole outfit and don't take up as much space. Also very basic pieces you could mix and match. Like black shorts, that way you could wear any top with them etc. :)

I don't like to go in the sun! I wear lots of sunscreen because it's very damaging on your skin to be out in the sun, so that's why I like self tanner.
