Dubai is expensive. But people here love the beutiful landmarks which most of it are free to enjoy, and also most facilities are always near very convenient. Plus the security one of the safest country and almost no racism here all are welcome to come live and enjoy.

My grandson has mild autism. I bought a tank, put in a goldfish. Then, my grandson was glued to the tank for hours. Next, he drew a drawing of the tank with rocks,plants, and specifically angelfish. I got the message, so I got a bigger tank planted it, and now we have 9 angelfish. I have noticed my grandsons behaviour is much different, more relaxed.
I remember this fish thank owner. I think he ran away from London cause he did something illegal in finance. Cannot remember exactly. You should be able to find some documentaries on youtube on it.

I'm probably missing something, but is 50% of that 10.000 gallon in the filtration system? Because with 18ft long and lets say 6ft wide and 6 ft deep, that still only gets us to a roughly 5000 gallon aquarium.
I was thinking the same, and I don't know anything about aquariums, especially saltwater aquariums. Maybe my spatial reasoning is off, but it seems rather small for 10,000 gallons. Like you said, maybe 5,000 max, but maybe less.

I think the corals grow so fast because of the amount of fish and fish food. There is a commercial breeder in Germany who swears by that method. No fancy mineral control, just a lot of poop. The size of the tank probably helps to avoid phases of low-growth conditions which then increases growth speed.
Nice tank - you have to see Polo Reef’s tank though…had the pleasure to see that one in person which is 17,000 gallons…the infrastructure to support it is top notch….I’m surprised that the 10k tank is using predominantly hobby grade equipment to run it
