I've had excruciating shoulder/neck pain for a few days now that had brought this grown ass man to the edge of tears. Was waiting to call my doc on Monday with expectations of surgery in my future... did the first stretch you demonstrated and 90% of the pain was gone instantly.... now I just feel dumb. Will be doing these stretches daily, can't thank you enough.

Hey, don't be hard on yourself, we are taught to not give self care, to only use big phama. Be proud that you found them and have empowered yourself. This is my go to when any part of my body gets an issue. Stretching brings lubrication to the joints, so every little joint needs to be tugged on stretched, pulled and rotated, ESPECIALLY TOES AND FINGERS.

Suffered left shoulder pains for a few years, before you came around. Stopped smoking and suddenly the pain disappeared to never come back again. Thought of it for years, until like a flash there and then discovered the reason. On my way to work every morning I lit a cigarette and rolled my window down to let the smoke out. The cold air especially hitting my left shoulder was definitely the cause for my sometime excruciating pain. Very strange, but true.

45 years old, I injured my shoulder wrestling 27 years ago, I have had real pain since then, I was convinced an operation was my only solution, I started streatching and working out as a last ditch effort of desperation (convinced it wouldn’t work) the chair trick worked almost instantly, I wish I knew this earlier in life, but my 18 year old self didn’t take the therapy seriously… I am still making an appointment with a local therapist to see what else I can do. Thank You guys!

That's CRAZY!! I've had really bad left shoulder pain for about the past 2 months. After watching your video it was pretty obvious that my problem is impingement. I tried your exercises for that and it is about 80% better IN 1 DAY!!! NO KIDDING!!! It's unbelievable!!! Thanks guys!!! 💪👈

I have been a miner for decades. I spent the first several years of my career on jacklegs and stoppers. The next several years I worked on more automated equipment. Then I went back to a jackleg. About 15 months ago I pull much too hard on a mudded steel. I didn’t really notice it at first but as the time went by it got quite sore. About ten hours or so ago I watched your video, and as the day went by I did as you guys suggested. This evening I put my arm up on the back of the couch and heard pop in my shoulder. A bloody miracle. Its feeling better and better, almost to the point of no discomfort at all. I will continue with your exercises and I’m sure it’s going to improve even more. Thank you thank you thank you!😁😄😃

I’m 32 years old and have been having physiotherapy and osteopathy on my shoulder on and off since I was 17. I had an MRI scan around 3 years ago that just showed inflamed tendons and the surgeon wasn’t keen to open it up and take a closer look for fear of it being a fruitless endeavour. I’m very athletic and this evening had some pain in the usual place and discovered this video. I’ve gone to bed with no pain and will pray for a good workout tomorrow with no issues. Brilliant exercises! Thanks guys.

I just had right (dominant side) shoulder surgery on January 5, 2021. I have been in physical therapy for the past 5 weeks, and it has been a very slow and painful process! Hopefully with a little more time and effort, I will be back where I need to be (although maybe not 100% pain free). Hoping for the best possible outcome I can expect! So glad I saw this video pop up in my recommended! It was a surprise, in fact! Thanks for the demonstration and tips! 💪👍

Omg! Omg! I've been having shoulder pain for over a month now! Resting my shoulder was doing NOTHING to fix it! I started to read about shoulder pain and thought I might have shoulder impingement. I just now took about 5-7 minutes and did these exercises, and there is much less pain and more range of motion!!!! Thank you! Thank you! I was getting depressed because I had to completely stop my boxing sessions with my coach. Felt like it would be months before returning. I now have hope!!!!! Thank you soooooo much!!!!! I'm definitely going to start following you on a regular basis now!!!

I wacthed your video and read comments. You guys seem to be very skilled physical therapists. I have had shoulder pain, joint pain from shoulder bone and backbone, elbow pain, wrist pain, muscle pain since I had second dose of COVID vaccine shot. I wake up screaming and crying from the pain each night and pain during the day. The Cora Physical Therapy in Greenville, NC that I visited didn't ease my pain at all. Now I'm doing what you are teaching on CZcams and hope my left arm will get recovered soon. Thank you!
