Make more videos especially on the stages of building and estimation of the costs at each stage e.g slab building the walls roof linto plastering. No one is zambia is doing what you are doing most of them are focusing on the diaspora

Do you mean evaluate a property like before you buy or sell? If so, there are people called Valuers who carry out Valuation Services. They even have a professional body that regulates them. Once you engage a valuer they will assess your property/house and give you a valuation report which should state the approximate market value of the property.
