      That would b cool. - have different examples of that theory on the shirts like a black girl with nappy hair - before heat. Straight hair -after heat. OR a very pasty white person- before heat. Tanned and golden-ish - after heat. 🤔

    The highlight of my Monday’s, Wednesday’s, and Friday’s is you Sam. You put a smile on my face everytime. I’m vegetarian and I still have seen pretty much all of your episodes. I’d love to see more vegetarian meals but I’ll never complain. I love your channel no matter what!

    Love your channel and I watch every episode. Please don’t think I’m a troll. Just suggesting more entrees and less sandwiches. I’ve made several of the dishes from the channel recently and they turned out amazing. I’d love to see more of that content and less sandwich related vids. Anyway, thanks for hearing me out.       Nice suggestions, honestly this channel has changed the way I approach dinner. I made the beef stroganoff dish that he does and it was excellent. I also would want to see some other dishes that are entrees. Although I love the sandwich ones too.

    After sauteed with oil/butter when it starts to really caramelize, then I add Worcester Sauce, WOW, just another level WOW

    Awesome vids Sam!!! May I play devils advocate for a minute, and suggest the egg sunny side up and a little soft in the middle so the yoke bursts as you bite into it with your fav BBQ or tomato sauce? I hold the frying pan kinda on an angle and spoon the hot butter over the egg so it seals soft inside but is extra crispy around the edges of the white.

    Before I asked, I looked up the difference between a Nakiri and Santoku. I was about to say they seem like they would be used in the same way but because of its flat blade, it's not used much for chopping and dicing as opposed to doing more veggie work. I can see the curved blade of the Santoku making it a more multi-purpose tool.

    As a lover of onions you should make pasta genovese... It's a neapolitan pasta dish. The 'sause' is onions and meat. Give it a try... Youll love it

    Things I've learned today: There is a thing in the US that is called "black forrest ham". Greetings from the Black Forest (that is where we are very proud of our ham).

      Dominique Roller you’d be surprised how many hams there are! When I worked in a butcher shops there were many distinctions of ham from French styles to German styles. As it works out the German Black Forest ham is so widely popular that a lot of sandwich meat in North America is Black Forest.

    You are definitely correct about the Canadian bacon on a Benedict. A local favorite breakfast restaurant serves a Salmon Benedict with Capers. The also bring you a chocolate covered strawberry with your bill. .

    Good call with the Korean chili paste. I use sriracha on my breakfast sandwiches. Goes really well with breakfast burritos too
