- These Balinese inspired ribs are spicy, sweet, savoury and filled with rich flavours of lemongrass, shallots, kecap manis and chilis. They'll kick your ass and have you making them again the next weekend.
Having lived in Indonesia for a couple years, I can tell you these ribs taste just like Bali. You'll know what I mean when you try them!

Tried this today and you're right, absolutely the best tasting ribs sauce. It brings me my memories of that time when I was in Bali at Naughty Nuri's pork ribs

Wow thank you for share this recipe. I’m seeking a taste of ribs just like i have eaten pork ribs at Warung bintang in Bali 2019
Dam I may give this a try!!
I came for the ribs, I subbed for the dog
Thank you for the heart! :)
Seasoning and sauce - is that the amount for only one rack of Ribs? Serves how many?
Yes, 1 rack per the video. 1 rack of rib serves 2 adults and 1 child in our family.
This looks absolutely delicious , do you think it would work with Beef Ribs also???
Thanks! We tried it once with beef short ribs. It was good (because the sauce is just delicious 😀), but not as good as with pork ribs.
@@hangryhomechefs201 aah thanks for getting back...we don't eat pork but really love the sound of these. I guess pork is fattier that's why it's tastier?? Thank you 😊
