Sangita Myska calls out Rishi Sunak's claim about racism in the UK | LBC

  • In a recent interview with ITV, Prime Minister Rishi Sunak discussed his experiences with racism as a child, recalling slurs that his siblings were called such as the 'P word'. However, Sunak then went on to say that he doesn't believe his children would go through the same thing.
Sangita Myska reflects on these comments while citing previous Tory party tactics, that according to her may have spread more hatred and divisiveness, wondering if Rishi Sunak's Conservative Party is to blame for the rise in discrimination across the UK.

Sunak is the classic example of someone using the ladder of opportunity to make his way up, only to kick it down when he gets to the top so others can’t use it.

In America I think we are seeing the same thing from people who are: INDIAN. Nimrata, or Nikki Haley, is doing the same thing but acknowledging she faced racism as a young kid.
The Indians who 'made it' really ignore how in America they called the native Americans Indians and essentially destroyed them. It's the Indians who have the money to be part of the upper castes in their society and they never look back.

They act like this and wonder why the British people resent them so much.
You can't wander in off the street to someone else's house, say I live here now to the rightful owner, then start setting rules and redecorating his home to suit you.
Yet Mr Sunak's and Mr Khan's people have done that to our whole country and wonder why the British people call them mean names.

I'm not disappointed in Sunak. Because I knew who he was all along. The sad truth is that no non white Tory is going to stand against racism. If they wanted to do that, they would not have joined the Tory party

I still remember a railway bridge near me as a young child more than 40 years which had "no more boat people NF" spayed on it above a main road. Seems very similar to its modern equivalent "stop the boats" so agree with the comparison of Tory party to National front!
