Sangita Myska calls out Rishi Sunak's claim about racism in the UK | LBC

- In a recent interview with ITV, Prime Minister Rishi Sunak discussed his experiences with racism as a child, recalling slurs that his siblings were called such as the 'P word'. However, Sunak then went on to say that he doesn't believe his children would go through the same thing.
Sangita Myska reflects on these comments while citing previous Tory party tactics, that according to her may have spread more hatred and divisiveness, wondering if Rishi Sunak's Conservative Party is to blame for the rise in discrimination across the UK.

Sunak is the classic example of someone using the ladder of opportunity to make his way up, only to kick it down when he gets to the top so others can’t use it.
Who wouldn't do the same?
@SamuelBlack84 anyone with a single ounce of decency, especially if you're the PM of people who are struggling financially because youve made a mess of everything.
Non Tories.
SamuelBlack84 Tory?
Sunak would use a tax payer funded, private elevator rather than sullying himself with a ladder, but otherwise, spot on.

In America I think we are seeing the same thing from people who are: INDIAN. Nimrata, or Nikki Haley, is doing the same thing but acknowledging she faced racism as a young kid.
The Indians who 'made it' really ignore how in America they called the native Americans Indians and essentially destroyed them. It's the Indians who have the money to be part of the upper castes in their society and they never look back.

I was called the P word throughout my youth - I’m first generation British from a Mediterranean background. I’ve also had derogatory responses made to me by black people for being allegedly white . So I’m not brown enough and not white enough.
Wagghhhh!the horrors!😫😭 imagine the unrecoverable emotional impact of being called mean names intended to hurt your feelings by other kids at school?😐 it's completely unfathomable😫....no indigenous British person ever had to experience such traumatic abuse and will come close to understanding the scars that leaves behind on a young mind!
