im not op, but i found this thing with a few celebs that have some strange food stuffs. personally, the only interesting ones to me were the pickle reeses, fruit punch in a tuna salad, peanut butter and jelly with cheetos, and salted peanuts in cola

Use a food processor to crush up the dry ice. It turns it into snow. Plus you won't get gas bubbles trapped in your ice cream. Mix on low speed and add however much dry ice you want to get the firmness you like. Don't add the dry ice too fast or it will freeze and lock up your mixer. I love this technique. It yields a product more like gelato as it does not whip a lot of air in it. My fav is to add some instant coffee to the mix and add some dark chocolate chips or syrup while mixing. Add it just before its set to your firmness. Don't blend it in or do. It's your creation. Go nuts. Mmmm add nuts too.

One of my parents was a science teacher and at the department holiday parties we'd always make liquid nitrogen ice cream! Adult science teachers are just as excited to play with chemicals as students are. It was interesting to me when it became a trend for a while, because I'd been having it since I was little.

This video worries me a bit because dry ice can be very dangerous to consume, I know its not your job to watch out for your viewers personal risks I just wanted to communicate that its not clear in this video that its very important to make sure the dry ice is in fine/small enough pieces and given enough time to be fully sublimated/melted before consumed. @@MichaelJCervantes Something can be useful without it being specifically useful to you personally. Wheel chair ramps are hella useful to get people in and out of buildings. I'm able bodied, so I dont need them, but I can also see quite clearly why they are needed.

Hello you can make ice cream with Ziploc bag a milk, sugar, vanilla extract, pinch salt. The second ziploc bage is rock salt or regular ice with salt.. So next your going to put the liquid bage in side the other age with the ice salt bage and make sure both bage are close and shake until it become ice cream.lol. I hope this help
Most supermarkets and grocery stores get the frozen food delivered in containers kept cold over night with dry ice. The ice usually just gets ignored and disappears.
If you ask nicely they'll just hand you a brick.
However you can also just order dry ice on Amazon if you are lazy.
No reason to even leave the house.

Growing up with several kiddos in the house and only 1 parent working.... my preference for soft serve was to take the flavor i wanted from a neopolitan ice cream flavor, put couple scoops in a bowl and stir like crazy. Soft serve in a bowl! đđ best i could do... but, I still love that to this day!

If dry ice can burn you... what if you get a bigger chip of it in your mouth? đ± Does it completely dissolve in the mix?
I was wondering the same thing cuz if it can burn ur skin then what will it do to ur insides?
I bet it evaporates completely--and if it didn't, you would see it steaming. The five-minute timer is also probably because that's how long it takes for the dry ice to exhaust itself. You can always churn it until you see the steam disappear, if you aren't sure.
Yes it dissolves in water, so presumably it dissolves in the ice-cream as it has a water content. But of course be careful if you try this at home. The more dry ice added, the slower it will dissolve/break down. So it could be very very cold.
