Pyrion is 100% accurate. Stealing people's money is my favorite part of dota
Seeing the money pop off the enemy when you hit them is so satisfying. I wish I was a better Bounty player just to see it more lol.
This game feels like it's 2 teams of paid actors
The deference between 300 and 600 MMR is insane. Like i am bad at Dota, but these guys are something else.
That PA pissed me off. Spends most of the game farming items, only to spend the fights running around in circles as she watches her teammates die, then rage quits. And I bet that she thinks it's her team holding her back.
hey, i'm the pa, i'm actually missing both my arms and one of my legs so i was playing with my left foot and it's difficult to move my character and use my spells at the same time, also i didn't rage quit a tornado ate my computer. i assure you, my team has nothing but my utmost respect
@@KanadasKid If this is legitimate and without knowing anything about your setup, you may be able to reconfigure motion controls to give you at least 8 directional movement, in addition to an almost children's toy meets mouse for item+ability hotkeys that you could control with your toes.
I managed to actually hit 0 MMR when I started playing two years ago after binging these, beat that young Daff!
(Crusader 1 now, we got out of the trench)
I believe it stops visually at 10 mmr. If you want a lot of games in that skill bracket, you should check out Jenkins.
Back when I started dota I thought TP boots, hyperstone, rapier was the build on warlock. It took me 3 games to realize the divine dropped on death it worked so well. Guides would have deprived me of that
what part of any of that build synergizes with warlock 😂 no shade tho you said u just started

@@sameveland8560 It was like my first 50 games. Had watched no guides and didnt know what items did so I just played around and liked attack speed and damage.

Pyrion, that thing you described where some of the players buy all of the things and the other players don't buy anything? That's the point. Business has entire courses on this exact phenomenon as a thing they are trying to make happen because it makes them more money. A pay-to-win game creates an economy where whales can dump obscene amounts of money to feel more powerful, and players of lesser brackets will feel tempted to spend money to keep up. The trick is to engineer your economy so that the dolphins and minnows (non-whales) keep playing so the whales have someone to feel superior to.
This is why I switched to Heroes of the Storm years ago. I live for the perpetual team fight.
I hope support for the game might trickle back with the recent bliz shift, considering they have with wc3 at least.
Joe talking about putting hula hoops into a sandwich reminds me of when i was a wee lad in the 80s taking all the fries from my McDonalds Happy Meal and layering them like little logs onto the burger patty and eating the whole biz as one unit. Haven't done that in decades, but now i kinda want to give it a try again. Also, top notch Scrub Cast... what a fracas.
I don't think they noticed this, but only about half the people in this game ever picked up a neutral item

Growing up and living in the world where companies make millions upon millions off a single game, are digital based companies and have no way to watch old replays. I see someone was working on a web based one but really feels as if companies now have a huge wait and let someone do it for free then decide if they should usurp the software or just cancel it all together, depending on profit margin, of course.
Random question as someone whose played 12 games of DOTA 2 at most before stopping because League flashbacks but is Pugna fun to play because his shown up a couple of times in these videos and he looks fun.
Haven’t played in about 10 years; Pugna was one of my first favorites to play.
He’s fun when you’re keeping up with income tempo and aren’t too fragile for fights. He can get stomped very quickly if the enemy has high engage/disengage.
Pub-stomp Pugna is a super-bursty glass cannon. One of his abilities can multiply incoming magic damage; pair it with instant damage items and he’s a mid-game monster.
Support Pugna plays a backline role which takes good positional sense. An ability drops a ward that deals damage each time an enemy casts a spell. The big sucky-sucky ability lets you funnel health into your carry if needed, but again requires good positioning and awareness.
If you play league he's kinda like vlad in that he plays around spells that heal him and dmg opp and also disjoint enemy attacks with decrep or do extra damage and cc with it. He is a fun hero you can probably play in any role but 1 if you really want, works best with heroes that don't rely on rightclick since ur w makes them ethereal altho if u just dont use it when you have ur right clickers there youll b fine. Also he is a good pusher/depusher as long as ur uncontested or have back up.

I agree with Joe that Pokémon doesn't have to try to make money, so why spend the effort for the safe amount of profits. That's why they left the gap for Palworld to fill and make crazy profit.

Yeah I haven't played in a while, stealing is my favorte thing to do, and then I use that money for a Dagon and Eblade
