G'Day Mite, I purchased the L900 Pro SE Max and on first flight I damaged the left rear propellers. Both propellers were labeled A1. The spare propellers that came with drone didn't the A1s. My question is; is it acceptable to use the A2s to replace the damaged A1s? The orientation of the propellers (drone facing me) are as follows: Front Left are B1s, Front Right are A1s, Rear Left are A1s and Rear Right are B1s. After replacement of left rear propellers with A2s, drone lost its ability to go forward, reverse and sideways. However; the done is able to perform up, down and left and right rotations. Am new to Drone therefore; your input is much appreciated. Thank you so much.

Yes it's a decent beginners GPS drone for the price, comparable to the EX5 but this one did not have any noticable jello in the camera, on a calmer day it would fly even better! thanks for watching mate 👍

Antennas are fake and yes it was fully charged
Hi, @9:05 the LH and RH is selectable meaning left hand vs right hand mode not speed. Default is LH. Must be setup before linking to drone.
nope you are wrong, it's just for the speed rate not mode of control cause i flown this drone many times now and when i have gone in to high speed rate it doesnt change the stick controls at all, Also if you look closely the screen to the right states MODE 2 the whole time

Is there a difference between this drone and the L700 PRO?
Another question: in order to connect the phone to the drone, does the internet need to work on the phone or is the connection made through a wireless network only? Efi that the phone is in offline mode
Not sure of the differences between the two, and yes no internet connection just wifi to the drone and your phone
Seems like a good little beginner drone, personally, I'd still stick with the Visuo XS812, but none the less it looks pretty good

Your phone wifi is different from cellular coverage, check your phone specs to see if it has dual band wifi for 2.4ghz and also 5ghz wifi compatibility

Wait until you have at least 8-10 satellites before you take off to be sure it has a decent gps lock for the drone to return home accurately.
The controller wont connect to the drone, I can only use my phone app to fly it, could there be something im doing wrong ?
I just bought this and found that the control is quite sensitive and difficult to record smooth video when drone is rotating. Could we adjust the sensitivity of yaw control

All depends in the location where you fly, i flew at a college in this video and there is wifi interference withing the college itself from computers etc
so far i like this drone. no motor specs. looks like they're 18mm/ . Surely they can handle 3s with some ittybitty tryprops.? . thinkin of buying a second, i just wasted a couple stock folding props. they want 13 bucks CA to replace. they seem to be about 4.7x ? . maybe a 3.5x 3 tri? as a replacement? i don't need to fold it. just for the cost of the motors and props, let alone everything else, GPS, that's another 25bucks. I thinks it's worth it just for parts. (spare motors 25buck.), oh yeah, then theirs the rx/tx, the optical flow, with two cameras, which can be toggled with the app. and...theirs a built in somethin or other that i can't remember at the moment, but it was cool. so, do ya think they'll run ok on 3s? have a good nite.
I wouldn’t run this drone on 3s at all as it would probably fry the board, just use the standard batteries that came with the drone

Hi just me again I can confirm that the camera unit which has the video WiFi component built in no longer works with Hfun pro app. I have been typing to source one that does but keep getting told that it not available now.

Hello, what is the procedure for replacing blades for the L900 Pro? There is an A & B blades. Thank you!
Match up the angle and pitch of the spare blades to the ones on the drone itself, and replace them very easy
@@PERTHWESTOZRC Thank you. I had broken the original blades. While replacing them, I didn't realize there was an A&B blade and they go on the diagonal arms.(New to this) and there were numbers also. After ordering more blades, I realized the numbers do not matter, (because they sent only A2's and B3's) just the letters. If there is A-1,2,3,4 and the same for the B's, where can I purchase the correct letters and numbers and do they have a specific order? Thank you again and appreciate your help and response. Be safe!

Any idea what might be the problem? When i calibrate this drone, i spin it horizontally 2 times and it accepts it, but when i spin it vertically after it does nothing. Cant finish calibration :(
You have to hear a beep to indicate the calibration process is complete

had mine 3 months, was working fine until today, pressed the return to home button, it came home above me but instead of decending it ascended till my controller showed it was over 999m above me, the controller was beeping but it never came down, well not near me, a sad end, it was so much fun to fly especially in high rate, not sure i want to risk buying another, has yours given any problems like that? ps i like your videos very down to earth, just like i wanted my drone to come

Hey sir. Thanks for this video. I am really interested in purchasing this drone. Someone that also purchased this drone mentioned that one need to have a cellphone with 802.11ac capabilities. I have a Samsung J5 Prime smartphone that came out around September 2016. But the specs says that it has Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n( Wi-Fi Direct, hotspot). So I really am not sure if my phone will be able to work with this drone? I don't want to buy the drone then have to upgrade my phone as well. Can one fly this drone with only the remote without having to use a smartphone?
Also another question. Does one have to every time calibrate the drone upon a fresh start-up? Or between changing batteries?

Hi Wesley, sounds like you have a dual band wifi Samsung phone which can work with both 2.4g and 5g wifi so it will be compatible with this drone! thanks for watching, much appreciated!
With regards to calibration of the compass, if you fly in the exact location every time there is no need but if you move to different places to fly it is recommended

Hello! I have a question about this drone. I had purchased this drone and on my second flight I lost full control of the drone and it crashed. no damage was a good sign but on my fourth flight when I decided to go up higher, I lost connection again and it went out of control and just took off into the distance to never be seen again! I thought if I lost connection it was supposed to come back. Could it have been because of phone issues? Any Ideas?
Yes it should or is meant to come back when connection is out of range and lost between the drone and remote transmitter, but maybe the compass was faulty causing it to fly away, I have had that happen to me before

Hi, I received the lyzrc l500 pro yesterday, I tried to fly it indoors, I followed all the instructions for calibration and setting for indoor flight by turning off the gps, the drone takes off and hovers in the air but then slips sideways and crashes into the wall without the possibility of correcting the course with the radio control. I already did 3 attempts and all 3 crashed, once it fell on my legs and the propellers cut me a lot. I'm desperate, I don't know what to do, the propellers are still intact but they are a little crooked and have suffered some rubbing, I straightened them as best I could, I will try to fly it outdoors but for now I am very disappointed with this drone. My first flight experience was very bad.
I wouldn't recommend flying any GPS drone indoors
@@PERTHWESTOZRC I've tried both outside and inside, with and without gps, the result doesn't change, it arrived defective, it also has problems hooking up to satellites and sometimes it doesn't really hook ninete, what luck

Make sure you do the compass calibration before taking off and flying, read the user manual it will be written in there.

Hi friend, i bought the same drone and calibrated at home, inside my house but it doesn't calibrate, went down to the building do the same process and it doesn't calibrate. The green light still flashing after the calibration. It seems 30 secs on flat surface after vertical calibration, it doesn't connect to the control. Do i need to cal8brate that in an open field?
I had and sometimes have the same problem. From what I've seen with this drone, GPS will ONLY work outdoors, with no near walls or roofs, but an open place as the one in the video. Otherwise I'm afraid green lights won't stop flashing.

If you calibrate it outdoors, far from your house I suppose, and then try to make it work at home it still won't find any GPS because the location will be different, and if there are any roofs or interferiences I don't think It'll connect to GPS. You can fly it without GPS thou, but stability sucks in that case

Yes they are interpolated by the app so its not really 4k as all these companies claim

Im throwing mine out. Ive downloaded all three apps now (Rx, Hfunpro and Hfunfly) and none of them work now. The fist 2 worked for a little while a couple of weeks ago, but now they dont. Today I downloaded Hfunfly and its not working. I did somehow manage to get this thing off the ground for about 2 seconds a few times. I dont know how that happened because none of the instructions worked and as I fiddled with it it started up for about ten seconds at a time then stopped. And as I mentioned it did take off a few times. Probably one of the most infuriating pieces of junk Ive ever wasted my time and money on. Its disappointing because every review I read and watched was positive and made it look very simple to operate. Could I be doing something wrong? Any suggestions? Maybe I just got a lemon. Oh, yes...I got my phone a couple of months ago, it is compatible.
It sounds like you received a faulty one for sure unfortunately by what you have said in your comments. For the app to not work it could have a faulty wifi module. I suggest contact the seller you purchased it from and ask for a full refund perhaps, I never had any issues with this one I featured and tested in this video, it flew flawlessly each and every time. @@PERTHWESTOZRC I have exactly the same problem with HFUN Fly and HFUN Pro. They wont connect to the drone. RXDrone connect immediately. Do the HFun Products still work. What if you update the version - dos they still work?? I'm new to the drone stuff - my first one.
Hi Stewart I bought mine off eBay and thought i received a cheaper version, I have had trouble with the photo and video functionality and a few other issues which in the end caused the drone to not function properly. After much debate got a partial refund and kept it for parts and ended up buying one from Banggood as recommended here,
This time I asked before buying if it used the Hfun Pro app had a response that it did so I bought it and guess what it just turned up and will only work with RX Drone so my opinion on this drone now is terrible because the app. I am so disappointed the whole reason for buying this drone was based on the video and photo options shown in this review and now I can’t even take a decent photo or view the 2 cameras at the same time
@@Mark-iw3ch Hi Mark. On the whole I have found the drone to be good. This is my first drone so I'm learning and enjoying. I have managed to hit a light pole and a tree so far - but the drone has survived well. When I have line of site to the drone the video is ok up to about 200 meters its then a bit stop start up to 300 Meters, sometimes I still get video beyond that. If I loose site of it and can't find it in the sky I just hit the button to return and it appears over my head.
I'd just like to know the reason why the HFun Fly etc don't work on the device any more. Do the later versions of the drone have a firmware that won't work with the APP of has there been an revision of the software that stops it working???? I really need an expert (eg maker of this video) to review the 2 softwares to see if both still work. Maybe something has changed.

Hi Stewart I agree that the drone is a nice little flyer, I have been flying manual drones for a few years and wanted to find something easy to play with to take some video and photos that’s why I bought this one, I don’t think the guys who make these reviews are going to be able to help as I think they have changed the hardware circuits to a cheaper one since Banggood sent these guys the drones to review if you search CZcams for L900 drone repair a video will come up about arm replacement. I had to open my first one to try and fix a crack in the body and I noticed it doesn’t have the small circuit board at the bottom of the drone that you can see in the repair video.
So I suspect they have changed the hardware which now only works with the lesser RX Drone app, shame really if I had known I would have bought a different one as there are plenty models to choose from
why my drone, if recording video keeps disconnecting, sir, the time is always cut off every one second.
Your wifi signal in your phone must not be good, or you have interference where you fly, change location and see if that helps

I don't know why but my fucking dronenflew away on it's own and now it's lost i can't find it i just received it as a christmas gift. Im so unlucky today i was also dumb bc i panicked and turned of the remote bc i thought it would go down if i did that but little did i know it went up to 50-60 feet and flew away
That really sucks man, it’s a crappy feeling when a drone flies away, I had it happen recently. Why didn’t you press the gps home return button? Did you have enough of a good satellites locked into it when you flew it? My recommendation is never take off until you have at least 10 sats locked

Hi to anyone willing to read this, firstly this is not a reflection on the people reviewing these products, this is my experience buying the product through Banggood and it’s lack of functionality as demonstrated here due to it being supplied now only working with the app RX Drone.
Firstly the drone does fly nice if that’s what you want great, if you want the video and photo functionality then you don’t get anything like you see in the review and from my test a lot less FPV transmission distance.
As this was my reason for purchasing this drone after watching the reviews I have been asking Banggood to return it for refund at no cost to myself, through their live chat and have been told I will be contacted with a resolution within 24~48 hours each day for 6 days straight and still no answer.
In short if you want the app functionality demonstrated here then don’t buy this drone and don’t expect much help from Banggood if you have a purchase issue.
Hi Mark sorry to hear that, i have been getting the odd comments in these videos of mine lately regarding this RX Drone app that i never heard of, as you can see i reviewed this drone at the very start of the year way back in January and it ran on the HFun Pro app with no issues, have you tried using the original Hfun pro app with your L900?
Hi yes I have tried both Hfun apps and neither will connect to the drone, I took some pictures through the RX Drone app which only gave me the option of 2M photo max and 2k Video max and the photos appear squashed and only 640x480 with no other settings for correcting it. There is no multi camera option only a choice of one or the other at a time and I got about 50m distance at about 20m high before the feed started dropping out.
Unfortunately Banggood is not being helpful at all so I am stuck with a dud that I am not going to use as the whole camera functionality which drew me to this drone is just not there.
@@PERTHWESTOZRC Could you do another review of the L900 with the RX Drone app and explore the functionality of that software???? It would be really helpful.
The RX drone does not connect to my version of this drone only hfun app does
