This video is only a scratch on the surface of Varanasi. There is so much depth to explore and so much this city has to offer, as it has for thousands of years to everyone who came here in search of truth. The other great reason people come here till this day is because it is considered to be a very auspicious place to die in. This is the reason why I am here and in the next video I will attempt to dive deep into this topic.

'God reside within you as you'....what a woderful wsy to sum up hindu philosophy 🙏
There is no god in sanathan Dharma...god is the western idea..god is limitation❤
My favorite place in India
@@kelappan556 Then who are Devas? Eg: Indra, Agni etc. Everything is God including you and I. Your awareness into that Truth decides how you live as One.
If there is no concept of God, why are they doing pooja in temples to the crores of deities?
Who are they doing this pooja for? Just curious.
One thing I'd say about begging in Holy places is that a lot of them are not really beggars. A lot of them are actually really rich. When I visited Haridwar the taxi driver told me the beggars need to win a tender with the local council to be able to beg there. Most of them come in very expensive cars have a change of costume and return home in the evening. They live in huge mansions and are richer than people who work around the area. It just blew my mind..because he was a local and he only opened up to me because it was a long ride and we ended up chatting.
😂😂😂funny I live in haridwar.
Yes I've heard stories/myths of beggars possessing a secret mansion, many lands and what not. HOWEVER "winning a tender" , "coming out of luxurious cars" come on dude, isn't it clear enough that this isn't a plot of some Korean movies? It's real life, and that drive you had was messing with u.
You are innocuous.
Omg, I totally hear and feel you. I was there one year ago. Spent 10 days. Even though I have been traveling on a spiritual quest, spent months in egypt and other places, Varanasi is indeed something else. I say exactly what you said. Super hard to describe the energy that we feel there. So much going on. I had to do the same, couple hours out and then back to the hotel to recuperate. 😅 The first 2 days I couldn't even go out. I was swept away by the energy. But it was incredible at the same time. a place like no other for sure. 💫

hari om.
Thanks aron for spreading the knowledge and the positivity.May Vava Viswanathan fulfill your dreams
Varanasi has touched your soul. It shows in the moistness of your eyes. You have started on your inner journey. Congratulations.
Thanks for another interesting video Aron. I am beginning to see you as a spiritual or philosophical historian. I like how you are not just there but philosophically there and genuinely curious about what there is to learn about the human story. I like your evolving teaching style. I like how I do not feel lectured to but rather part of a conversation , an exploration and celebration of ideas with someone who is seemingly remarkably open minded. I like also how you did not avoid the uncomfortable topic of the beggars and the suffering that you have seen and shared the impact it had on you. I was never able to process my experriences of the deformed child or syndicated beggars or the lepers. I just marched on forever grateful that I was but a visitor and my life was to be lived elsewhere-- a very long ways away. I am looking forward to the next one.

You explained Kashi 's true essence very well 🙏❤ only a genuine seeker can get this, otherwise, the physical appearance of this place isn't all that inviting , infact, it's almost like a disguise.
Welcome to Bharat , have a great stay 😊
Yes varanashi is very energetic.

Thank you for the video, it is really helpful for me! Im about to start a similar journey to you next year, with everything that surrounds it, quitting my job, giving up my flat etc. It just feels like its the only thing that makes sense to me, if that makes sense 😄. If you see this, and have the time, id be very interested hearing about how you have made the decision to go on this journey. And if there are any other places you can recommend going to. Thanks again for your content its much appreciated ☺️
Hey, thank you for your kind words. For me it didn't really feel like a decision that I made, more like the obvious thing to do in the moment. It doesn't really matter which places I visit and what activities I do because these things are not nearly as interesting as what is happening within me, that is the real journey, and for the inner journey you don't need to go anywhere or do anything just have the intention to see what is happening from moment to moment. All that being said India is still one of the most amazing place on this planet and my favourite places to visit here are in the Himalayas. If you go beyond Rishikesh up in the high mountains you will find yourself in a whole new world that is literally breathtaking. (I will go there soon an intend to make some videos about it)
@@aronkisss hey thanks for taking the time to answer, wasn't expecting you to 😄. Yes that's exactly what I'm looking for:). I try to work as much on my inner journey as I can and it's fascinating but I'm just feeling like I'm outgrowing where I am and going on this journey feels like an internal pull that's not a conscious decision, so I know exactly what you mean. I'm not even sure yet what it is I'm looking for externally, I just know there's inner work to do - the grist for the mill as they say! Thanks for the tips, I'll definitely check them out, it's much appreciated and keep up the great work. Looking forward to seeing your uploads there😊
waiting for the next part :)

who is that stupid hanging wet blanket with dripping water over yrs that beautiful building will get destroyed
Please take care. India is not very safe for foreigners. And that too you came for first time. Make sure nobody in temples or around fool you. Among 100 saints you’ll meet only 1-2 will be real, so make sure you don’t loose your money at wrong places.
Make sure you have emergency police numbers with you.
Holi is near don’t drink anything outside it may contain bhang(weed) in it.
Be really aware
Only take decisions based on your intuition.
Goodluck. Take care.
Beda dengan youtuber Indonesia, seperti gajah dipelupuk mata tidak kelihatan semut diseberang lautan kelihatan
And you don’t see the abuse of the river
You miss your😄life by seeing abuses every where!
Honestly - for any TRUE monotheist who doesn't idolize saints and prophets - Varanasi has an immense NEGATIVE energy. You will feel it.
Those who are not religious or don't prescribe to anything - MAY be drawn to it - but as a monotheist Submitter - it gives you a negative energy. And yes there is a mosque here too - quite a few of them. I can't speak for them, but most Muslims idolize Muhammad and thus in the same pagan way of living.
Wow, you and I are having completely opposite experiences of life right now! It's fun to watch.....😂🙏🪷
