The uni-ball one P pens won the design award for their cute look, smooth writing, and food-inspired colors, plus new variations with rose gold clips. The functionality award went to the Campus Flat Kimochii Notebook for its ability to lay flat, simplifying writing and photo-taking, after three years of development. I adore the campus notepad.. makes visualization for large design so much easier. no creasing, no crevices, no bleed-through. 😊
Looks like the one that was used by the protagonist in "My Hero Academia".
@@markarca6360I believe it is
From where to buy it
@@dipteshsaha5288I got mine at daiso !
I get mad bleed through from them (using inks)
I love the fact that there even is a yearly stationary award. 10/10.
A yes, the famous Japanese Staionary Awards that aren’t mentioned anywhere on the entire internet except for websites/ social media accounts that are directly affiliated with dropshipping the „winners“…
i love that there's something for everyone
🎉🎉😢😢@@momoz1
Agreed. Objectivism fucks culture. I am glad japan at least got some good culture and all that.
You must also love valentine's day then
I was today years old when I learned that Japan gives out best Stationary awards.
Wow. Just wow.
Oh!! Japan LOVES stationary actually!! When I visited last I went into a couple stores and a lot of them had some absolutely insane stationary sections.
Honestly it was a blast to look through and I recommend Japanese stationary to anyone, the build quality is usually fantastic for very cheap!
Japanese stationary is the best I've seen so it makes sense they give out awards for it.
It’s not just Japan, it’s big all over east Asia!
Easy tip to remember your favourite subject: cArs are stationAry, pEns are stationEry

Ok that clip is perfect for music books. I’ve been using a claw clip to keep music open on the piano stand which inevitably launches off mid piece. this is so thoughtful
Yes me too😅
The clip is cool and the campus Flat Kimochii Notebook also has a music flat notebook
I bought a metal music book clip holder and it’s been a lifesaver. I don’t do anything related to music, but using it for textbooks is really easy, it doesn’t take space and works perfect. It is tricky to use it with thicker or larger books, but if you use it for sheet music, you won’t have that problem at all. Really recommend!
I use a hair clip! My books NEVER stay closed as they are, especially on my piano. This would honestly be a life saver
I absolutely recommend music book holders. They look like a really wide fork with no handle and four prongs, and are very quick for turning pages
I need all the pens. The uniball ones are soooo cute and chunky (。^ω^。) AND THOSE COLORED ONES 😭🥹
Ur the top comment🎉🎉
$60 usd is outrageous
yes, and I need the binder like clip also along with all the pens, .5mm, .38 mm nib ones and the colored ones. they will be awesome for drawing and highlighting!!!
@@Thefluffytutufor what?
Hmm idk if the ones online are knockoffs or something, but they don't have very good reviews.
Here is the list of things in the video if you missed it and don’t wanna rewatch it:
- uni-ball one P
- campus flat kimochii notebook
- ukanmuri clip
- pentel mattehop pens
Hope this helps whoever needs it ☺️
My hero 🐸
Thank you 🥺
Yes. Now I can screenshot with all the names of the items.
Y'all can't even watch through a one minute video? goddamn
@GarlicBreadEnjoyer I watched it. That's why I'm interested in the items. I just don't trust my memory in remembering the names.
Me: I barely ever hand write anything that much anymore
Also me: I need all of this when I write I sentence per day😂😂
I just bought those gel pens!!! I’m excited
Seriously! Biz opportunity for someone in the West: import some of each and sell "prize packs"?
Handwriting is good because it avoids the gaze of big brother and adds more class to your writing.
I never knew there was an awards for stationery
No wonder they give out awards. All these items are useful and so thoughtful and cute 🎉❤
umm we've had ipads and other tablets for a while
@rep-vile bro what? We're talking about physically writing on flat notebooks.
That's awesome we have ipads but not every country or person can afford those. People write on regular paper books and being able to have them that flat? Or available for cheap everywhere is golden. 🎉🎉🎉🎉
The items are also cute.
Once an item or idea is regularly available everywhere, others produce them too and they become less costly. That's a win!!!
The book clip with no dent is amazing too. 100/100 must get 😅
Anyways, have the bestest day mate🎉
@@opheriayu These aren't cheap and one time use only, if ur brokie there's cheaper tablets and pens
@rep-vile mate. I'm saying that simple everyday innovations deserve awards.
I for sure want them. There are lots of similar things and some really interesting ones at daiso as well. We can also buy similar versions online, so my point still stands.
Once an innovation is made popular or available, it's only a matter of time until we can have it for "cheap"
@@opheriayu Wow! You've innovated something worse than a 10 year old tablet, well done here's an award. You said all of them are useful and failed to prove that.
Congratulations to all.

this comment is so funny but i don’t think it was intentional
@@coolchameleon21 Very interesting. I will think about it. It is very important to me. Return soon.
The Japanese stationery award should be given to all the Japanese stationary.
stationEry
life would be so much easier if i had japanese stationary
This is a great way to appreciate the stationery makers. Such things make Japan stand out from the rest of the world.
Gotta to love the Japanese..such a considerate bunch of folks. All these products are awesome😊
I love when the rest of the world is inclined to live with a small inconvenience, and then japan comes along like "Why? Just fix it." and makes something useful, fun and beautiful.
That’s the part I like about Japanese design. Their design comes from the user instead of just trying to do something fancy and unaffordable
Agreed.
This might be the first award ever in human history, which was given to people, who created something useful on this planet ❤️
Nobel prize might have been that, but yeah these awards are pretty logical too.
I have never wished more to be in japan right now. I love stationery
I love only myself.
Im not kidding when i say i NEED that book clip !!!. My fingers are gonna break trying to keep books open to read...
Advertisements almost NEVER work on me but this vid got me adding pens to my cart in the speed of light
Don't worry. Be gay with the stationery world.
I need that pad, as someone who gets disturbed and distracted by the wrong feeling of notebook state, I need that flatness and smoothness
Japanese stationary have always been top tier. I always prefer japanese notebooks because of the smooth pages and nice feel. It motivates me to write better, neater and not just scrawl notes around carelessly
People who don't get the notebook being flat:
Problem was, how to make large quantities of notebooks that open flat without hiking the price up.
How to make em flat af? focus on glue, over 100 ways and 30 types of glues were tested, different thin/thick layers, to create the FLATTEST yet strong spread.
THAT is what made this iconic notebook happen. That scale of hard work in 3 years.
But is it flat on all pages? This guy only showed us it being flat in one of the middle pages, where there is around the same amount of paper on each side.
@@inferno8070 you can just google the product and check it for yourself.
@@inferno8070I wouldn’t say it’s absolutely flat, but it’s much more comfortable to write unlike the traditional glue/stappled notebooks
I'm going to have a field day going through previous winners and nominated products!!!
I have always loved stationary items. Japanese stationary shops are heaven, I could spend hours there 😍. I must go out to get that pen!
japanese stationary awards?! that sounds badass!

I love this section of the internet! Stationary and awards for them ahh! Its so beautiful 😭🤍
The uniball pens have been my favorite for a while, theyre the best in their price range for me, definitely recommend
Where can I find them?😅
Yes! Ang apparently long lasting too. I have min still working. Well, I dont use them often but still they did not dried out
@@jacquelineschmid4024 they sell them on their website 👍🏼
@@arlevalin I use mine everyday but each refill lasts a pretty decent amount of time, I have no complaints in that department :D

There being stationary awards in Japan makes so much sense! Having stationary awards in other countries would be so beneficial too!
Japan products is not only asthetic but also fucntionality love it 🥰💖
The springless notebook had been around my childhood although it had colorful yarn as the binder
Nothing more Japanese than a stationary competition. If you had told me "There's a stationary competition in one country which is it?" I would immediately respond "Japan."

多分決済と同じで2023年5月から2024年4月の間んk発売された物が対象なんじゃない?
I'm so happy there are stationery awards
The Oscar.
Japanese stationary is awesome!
the uni ball pen has a .38mm nib! that's awesome for fine drawing and for people who prefers thin line and writes using minimum space. The variation of these pens and the notebooks are the best.
Also the color gel pens that leave mark on every color of paper is a must have specially the whitish hue ones for highlighting and shading in drawing.
Also the binder-like clip that holds two pages flat by holding the spine making new books easy to read is an awesome stationary tool. I said to myself I need a bunch the moment I saw the clip.
I wanna buy all the products shown in this video!
Where Can I get these products?
stationEry. Please.
I have those mattehop pends, they are great, as good as uniball broad, the price is also as high though
the flat notebook intrigues me, I’m left-handed so the spines always get in my way when I write 😂 I gave up and switched to loose-leaf notes years ago, but those always get messed up in a binder that gets thrown around a lot with heavy use.
Thank you so much for linking everything!!
U MADE ME BUY THE PENS , U MADE ME
Where can I find them?😅
Yes. You can.
I’ve been using uni ball pen since the past 2 years and I’m loving it
I love uniball pens, omg
Where do you get them?
@@fenja748any bookstore really, the normal ones are cheap
I love Allah, oma.
I love stationery! 🥰 I want everything shown.
it's really weird the notebook company said they spent three years developing that flat opening book... this bookbinding technique has existed for centuries
Read their site, they explain it neat:
There have been notebooks that open flat, but the hurdle was to make them in large quantities while keeping the price low so that more people could get their hands on them. moreover,
How can we help people experience the feeling of “flats feel good”?
In order to achieve this, we continue to focus on manufacturing methods,
Approximately 3 years development period
After a lot of hard work, we have finally completed products that everyone can get their hands on.
Particular attention was paid to the ``glue'' that connects the paper inside and the spine. Aiming for both strength and strength,
Verified over 100 ways by combining over 30 types of glue and how to make them.
By repeating this process and thinning the width of the glue by millimeters, we were able to create a flat spread.
The comfort of a carefully selected flat. "Can we really do it?"
products was a challenge that I had never felt before.
Please pick it up and experience it for yourself.
i'll die to have those smooth ink on my pages
I LOVE stationery so much and I adore Japan for having an awards season for it
I actually have a Uni-ball one P pen, i didn’t bought it, I just found it on my school, I didn’t know it was an award winning pen. Now I use it for note taking. It’s now considered as my lucky pen.🍀
Makes it feel like the stuff I used to write back in school with might as well have been stone and chisel
That flat notebook looks like it's going to be lefty friendly
I love that they spend three years on just a notebook awesome
Whoa😮! I love all of these! A flat notebook would be AWESOME! and I'd love to have one of those book clips!! Genius!
that flat notebook would have been a godsend back in high school and college
I saw this and immediately ordered a One-P pen in Cherry. The shape looks so comfortable and I love a nice smooth pen.
Wowww I love matte finishes, time to get those matte pens ig
I'm 24 years old and it still makes my eyes sparkle ✨
Japanese people master their craft in anything they get into. Bravo!
I purchased a self rotating mechanical pencil once. Japanese stationary is on a completely different level
Now these kinds of awards are awesome and promotes good products
Now this is a subscription box I could get on board for, I’d want to add on that calendar stamp & the note book with the serrated corners as well too though
Just got my first one p pen and I’m in love with it. I can easily see why it won.
Bro it's so cool to see that a Mitsubishi pen won that award. I've been using Mitsubishi pens since forever and I am always telling everyone how they're the best pens I've ever used and could never come back.
I don't what's worse, that I just realized there's stationery awards... or that these sound really cool and I'm an adult.
Japan is so extra. Stationary Awards?? I love it!
stationEry. Please. For Allhah's sake.
the campus notebooks are so good. my ballpoint pen flies over it with ease and writing on it feels so good
It's incredible how stuck in the past, yet advanced the Japanese are. They have innovation awards for pens, notebooks and book holders. In the US we are trying to go digital even with restaurant menus 😂
Competition and awards are the best way to advance
The Mattehop pens are blowing my mind
I want them all. I'm a sucker for handy, cute, practical stationaries
Japan has Stationary Awards! Not surprising, but still I am pleasantly surprised!
the way i would blow my money on all this. idc idc i want that book clip!!
the uniball pens are legit the best I’ve tried
Wow, those clips would be a big hit in just about any bookstore!
I used Campus notebooks when I was in college. So so good for my systems design class and coding classes ❤❤ Now Campus can lay flat, so amazing!
All of these seem pretty amazing honestly
I would buy so many copies of the flat notebook
Wow man!!! I love youre videos.
YOUR. Time to correct it if you want.
❤
No one can beat Sakura's Gelly roll pens 💪
I have that uniball p one and its really comfortable to use i love it❤
Where can I find them?😅
Highly disagree on the comfort part, chunky pens with hard material and un-ergonomic shapes are a pain to use
Those pens look like it writes really nice too
The uniball pens with the clips are the ONLY ones I will use, they're so easy to put on my scrubs and they will NOT fall off even if I bend/reach/transfer patients they stay in place or clip my paper notes in place I love them. No more struggling to hook a regular pen onto my scrubs or losing them cause they're just chilling in my pocket. Plus theyre super cute.
*adds to buy list for Japan trip 10 years from now*
I got so excited watching this.
how have i not known this???? the notepad is a gamechanger!!!!
Bro I wish we had that campus flat book when I was still in school.
I’m not in school anymore but I want ALL OF THESE!
This fills me with such joy
The fact that all of this stationery is from "Stationery Pal" Is crazy
I love Japanese attention to detail
designer award to a pen for durability color and writing experience. Japanese sure like their details to be perfect. I can appreciate that. I myself like innovations though.
Need need need a sketchbook that lays flat like that
Finally a notebook that isn't a pain for left handers
Imagine that, in the year of our lord, 2024, flat notebooks were invented.
That campus notebook.
I NEED THAT
This is a giant ad but man that stationary does look good
I used the campus notebooks while getting ny degree and they were my FAVOURITE
I love Japanese stationery so much it makes me genuinely love school
Makes me wanna go back to school just to have a reason to use them
It is almost as if the Japanese still lives in undigitized 80s or 90s but to its fullest until this day, everything lives on to become a high craftsmanship.
The canvas notebook is incredible
The flat notebook almost made me come
I need one of those... even though i dont really use notebooks anymore

Finally someone noticed it
The perfectly flat notebook is like someone reinventing a better wheel.
