- With the dual Hollywood strikes continuing, late-night hosts Jimmy Fallon, Seth Meyers, Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Kimmel and John Oliver are uniting for a limited-series podcast called “Strike Force Five,” with proceeds going to out-of-work staff from the hosts’ respective shows. The problem is that they’re only funny when they have a well written script. These people have no personalities of their own.
Barely even funny when scripted. All Oliver does is yell in a weird voice now, and all of the rest only have 3 talking points. Oliver and Kimmel haven't been funny in almost 10 years, and the others were never funny.

Imagine working to pay people who don't want to work.
The whole situation doesn't make sense. They are die hard democrats. They always want the lower end workers to earn more. Yet, they make millions while the lower end worker makes table scraps. They could easily take pay cuts in order to pay their staff but choose not too. Hypocrites at their finest. I'm not saying they should but their actions and beliefs are a contradiction.

I did... in 2015. These guys are on over the air tv which I only ever watch at my moms house because she doesn't have internet or SMART TVs.

Praying the strike never ends. Because as I see it, no one cares...I certainly don't, though I got rid of cable decades ago. There's a cornucopia of movies you've never seen from the past that are great! That's what I've been doing, watching old movies I never heard of or saw. I recommend the classic Shaw Brothers Kung Fu movies from the 70's-90's. These are great, and they put out hundreds,
