    Acording to the Mayo clinic, when I just looked it up now DHEA is not good for you, causes side effects, is banned for athletes and should be avoided! But take it if you have vaginal atrophy, whatever that is.

    Really surprised he didn't mention boron supplementation as a way to increase free T by about 40% and is probably legal for racing. Some of his claims seem extraordinary like reversing the beginning of Parkinson's and being fully rested on 5 hours of sleep, using zinc for you-know-what. It would be interesting to hear experts debate these claims.

    Does it sound too good to be true! Because it’s contraindicated to most human beings, and no study shows significant results over placebo!

    If you keep rubbing in testogel everyday you’ll need to keep an eye on your Hematocrit levels so you don’t risk heart attack or strokes. TRT will be for life and constant blood tests and doctors visits. Sure it’s worth it for people with very low T.

    Most men do not need TRT. Healthy living sorts most of this. I support TRT for those who need it, but not as some quick fix for those too lazy or undisciplined to do what is necessary at the natural level.

      That's exactly it. I was just highlighting that TRT isn't necessarily the quick fix some might think it is, and it is not without it's own issues and drawbacks. I'd say if the natural means have been tried and found wanting, then it is time to think about TRT.@@TheRoadmanPodcast

      yeah that's a very good point. too many rush to trt without being aware it can effect natural production when in fact they may not have a natural production problem, just not giving the body the raw materials needed to produce it@@paddymurphy-oconnor8255

      Hi Anthony, another great episode. So much information, I tried to get as much down in notes as I could.
      I had a major riding accident 3 years ago, and feel as though I’ve tried everything to get well. Low mood, anxiety, low energy, body aches etc still persist which majorly derails life.
      I use a low dose thyroxin for Hypothyroidism. While within the boundaries now, my thyroid is still bottom 25% of range.
      What I missed from Dr. Gordan was the ‘natural’ ways to increase testosterone. A low count is often linked with low thyroid.
      To his point, I have just started working with a wellness expert, so am getting all my baseline bloods done now.
      In the past, all my bloods have been ‘in range’, but I will now look at these quite differently. Aiming for 50-75 percentile.
      I could have listened to this guy for hours. Thank you again.

      Half true. However, if one has toxins in the body (heavy metals, bad bacteria, hidden viruses), it does not help to say that good nutrition and lifestyle makes T redundant. Those people must be given the information and the tools to eliminate toxins. Hardly any doctor does that (as most have no clue).
