I haven't seen anyone online talking about the Master ID or Attic online so I decided to record the events around those, as well as Ume's portrait since they all pertain to the developer's previous game "I Cannot Drown". I elaborate on each of these secrets below. I will not be covering the hidden Dead Ends, nor smaller secrets like the bloody footprints near the road.
Ume's Portrait:
The garbled text that appears is encoded in Base64 and translates to "And yet my flesh is a part of you. How selfish of Antonio to recreate the living before the Stardust Witch."
"Stardust Witch" is the title of Ume, the protagonist of ICD. Fuku is the name of an NPC in ICD but, to my knowledge, Synchronicity isn't a name that appears in ICD at all. Potentially it's the name of the unnamed pink haired girl. Also of note but not a part of this secret, Mifuyu who's mentioned when inspecting the teddy bear and birthday card was also mentioned in ICD.
Master ID:
Getting the Master ID allows you to enter the Archives and the Nymph Project Body Test Room. Some doors will give an alternate interaction dialogue saying that an error occurs when trying to use the Master ID to unlock them, but besides that it doesn't appear to have any other use.
The "yarn" in the Body Test Room can be knit, but I'm pretty sure that this is just a developer oversight instead of any sort of secret.
Attic:
The Attic seems to only be accessible after reading the message about it in the Archives. The ladder has a chance to appear every time you enter the Pantry, and once the event has occurred it doesn't look like you can trigger it again on the same save file. The white screen at the end of the event is the game freezing. Upon loading your save you'll be in the kitchen.
Getting this event doesn't appear to have any effect on anything else in the game, although it's possible that I've overlooked something.
I wasn't able to find any other big secrets, so it sadly seems like we'll be unable to kill ourselves in front of Papa, but if I've missed anything please do let me know!
My interpretation of these secrets is as follows:
The Attic event depicts Lily remembering the original Lily's memory of her mom's death, who was either driven to suicide by Antonio or was murdered by Antonio who had it covered up as a suicide, Antonio having been influenced by Ume to become the man we see in the game. This caused the original Lily to run away from home and made her father, who was previously working on creating a new body for Ume, abandon this task in favor of creating a copy of his daughter.
Ume speaks to Lily and says that her flesh is a part of her, which likely means that either some part of Ume is used in the Nymph Project, possibly azoth, or the more boring explanation of Lily simply being related to Ume since Antonio is one of her "children". Azoth may also instead be related to the pink haired girl from ICD considering the fact that azoth is the reason for Lily's pink hair, or azoth could simply be unrelated to both of those characters.
The nature of the messages that are found in the Archives are something I want to address, but are also something I don't have sufficient info to try explaining. Some messages appear to address Lily, others original Lily, and the identity of the speaker is totally unclear, be it some part of the "collective soul" of Lily or another party entirely. I don't believe I can give anything beyond conjecture with the info I have.
The Nymph Project Body Test Room is probably the room that Lily falls into in one of the endings. There's really nothing to say here beyond it being a bit odd that accessing such a straightforward room is locked behind the Master ID, unless I'm missing something.
In terms of timeline it seems most likely that Lily's Well takes place before I Cannot Drown, although the mention of Fuku gives rise to the unlikely possibility that it takes place after Ume is resurrected in ICD and she has someone construct a body for him.
And that's about it. These interpretations seem like the most logical way to view these events but I could very well be mistaken, have missed something, or whatever. You may view these events differently.

I think Ume was involved with a cult, likely as a central figure of worship and/or the leader. She indoctrinated Lily's father into a cult and convinced him that she was basically a mother-god, so the father developed an unhealthy attachment to her and felt the need to earn her approval. He started doing unethical experiments at Ume's suggestions, which he continued and became even more obsessive with after Ume died (likely in an attempt to revive her). Lily's mother had had enough and threatened divorce. The father then killed her and disguised it as a suicide. Lily discovers her mother's corpse, managed to deduce that her father was at fault, and leaves to live on her own.

In these types of games where you gain knowledge as you go, there’s always something that happens when you know something early. Is there any extra dialogue or something similar if you call the number early or meet papa early etc?
Yes to the number... it locks you out of the 'true ending' because you call the Original Lily and cannot tell her who you are.
I got the stairs to the attic casually on my second playthrough (like, 8 minutes in) and got freaked out.

I have an idea, maybe it’s dumb and everyone else has already thought of it. But what if the woman in the picture is her and a) she’s in the grave with the oily black hair or b) she’s in that one level in the well with the body being eaten by maggots. That’s why she said the worms crawling feeling.
Seems like the woman in the portrait is Ume from the author's previous game called "I cannot drown", so its just a lil easter egg for that

Eu sempre acompanhei games indies. Nem acompanho o Goularte, embora conheça. Não é o tipo de conteúdo que consumo. Tem um canal que apresenta uns lançamentos e jogos lado B, porém ele apenas joga, não comenta. É o "AlphaBeta Gamer". Tem muito jogo indie por lá. Recomendo.

Has anyone pieced together what actually happens to start the events of the game? Im talking like based off of the attic dialogue.
I think Lilly's Dad was always obsessed with Lilly becoming the "Perfect Child" so he would always "test her intellect" in dangerous ways until the Original Lilly either grew up and ran away or moved out of the house. Lilly's mom had always opposed of the experiments which caused them to fight a lot, and after Original Lilly moved out/ran away her father cloned Lilly and continued to his experiments which caused her mother to go into a deep depression because she kept having to find Cloned Lilly's dead bodies and eventually she took her own life
@@zenos02 I thought Tony hung "Ma" from the part where she's screaming at him to stop, then OG Lilly found the body, wrote her college essay about the "suicide". Then she intended to never go back until Lilly calls.
@@sinclari1 i think so too. I think tony hung ma (lilie’s mom) so she would stop interfering with his experiments and made it look like a suicide.
