  • While restoring my 1948 Chicago Coin Catalina pinball machine I found and bought another broken pinball machine - a 1956 Bally Night Club. This is one of many "bingo" pinball machines made which were gambling type machines, and these bingos are the most complex pinball machines that were ever made, even more so than standard electromechanical pinball machines. The machine when I received it had the power cord removed, so in part 1 of this series we install a new cord and discover some of the main problems that need to be addressed.

They were extremely complex machines, They were literally a mechanical computer.

It’s a Bingo. Not a Bingo pinball machine. No respectable Bingo player ever called them a pinball machine. Just saying. The later magic screen, red letter, OK and Futurity games were even way more complex.
