Our Mission Beyond hamburgers, fries, and shakes

We all want to have a purpose and impact other peoples lives in a positive way. Working at McDonald's, not only do you get to provide amazing customers with the nutrition their bodies need, but you get to help raise funds for RMHC. RMHC allows parents to stay next to their children that are getting treatment for serious diseases and physical problems. Our McDonald's restaurants already donate money each time we sell a fry, a happy meal, and shamrock shakes to benefit the families that need help from RMHC. The roundup program gives us a chance to raise more funds to support these families.
