    I really dont know how someone would hit the dislike icon , i mean dear God its someones effort , it is someone who is giving you knowledge for free.. HOW CAN I NOT LIKE THAT ?

      @fouezdesign Před 4 lety

      @@crawfish1333 It doesn't waste mine , or others , beside i have to show my gratitude even if he posted something i already know, and not bcz you are that expert in Revit means that everybody else is like you. A like is FREE and under any circumstances i will not discourage someone trying to teach me something for free.

      the dislikes are coming from the cool business boys who are selling common sense knowledge in revit for money.

    great video! however I think you should have explained a little bit on the filters, how you can show demolition as different colours and even materials and also how each view can have a separate phase filter so that you show demolition, existing etc for creating demolition plans, existing conditions as real drawings for construction 😊

    Great for me because I'm not an architect, I'm a mechanical constructor. But I must learn Revit to show it. For me it would help to have your files to confirm that I'm right. Because sometime you show something in I repeat it but is has not the same effect.

    OK, so I sincerely hope that someone out there is going to see this and try to help me out.
    I have issue at work where one part of the building has been demolished in January, and the other part is demolished in June, and the entire thing on one sheet.
    The thing is, I don't want to see the demolition that has been done in January whist looking at June works.
    Any suggestions?

  • @crawfish1333
    @crawfish1333 Před 4 lety

    So next time, there is no need to explain what a phase is. If I am watching your video, I am an architect, and I know what phases are and why they exist. That cuts out the whole first two minutes of your video. Secondly, have the plan up and running already, I have limited time ok, I know how to draw a floor plan, I just need to know how to phase it, this video wastes a lot of time on subjects I dont need having explained to me, that is why you get bad feedback, but thanks for the video.
