I really dont know how someone would hit the dislike icon , i mean dear God its someones effort , it is someone who is giving you knowledge for free.. HOW CAN I NOT LIKE THAT ?
because he explains it like shit
@@Colez1 uuuh no he'd one of the easiest youtubers to understand. Other people take about 20-30 mins to explain what he did in 13 mins 🙄
Because it wastes your time, with extra explanation of things we already understand .
@@crawfish1333 It doesn't waste mine , or others , beside i have to show my gratitude even if he posted something i already know, and not bcz you are that expert in Revit means that everybody else is like you. A like is FREE and under any circumstances i will not discourage someone trying to teach me something for free.
the dislikes are coming from the cool business boys who are selling common sense knowledge in revit for money.
the way you simplify it! Balkan Architect thank you for existing.
I really like your Revit tutorials, I am really improving my knowledge through them. thanks
Thanks!!! Really useful video to understand the phasing concept in Revit
You are a great teacher... Congratulations from Brazil!
Thanks again Balkan. Your videos have helped me for years!
HEY @BA, I am a huge fan. LOVE UR WORK. SPECIALLY THE WAY YOU EXPLAIN STUFF. KEEP AT IT.
REALLY GOOD tutorial. Really easy to understand, thanks a lot!
simple fast and effective, another great video. I really raccomand the subscription !
Thanks for the tutorial, it explained very clearly. it's amazing. I got confused when I was watching Lynda video. You are better than them in explaining things. Cheers!
I have to THANK You!! Its a complex topic and you made it sound so easy..Thank u again
Great tutorial, thank you for all that you do for us.
Very well explained. Cleared all details in 1 video. 👏
great video! however I think you should have explained a little bit on the filters, how you can show demolition as different colours and even materials and also how each view can have a separate phase filter so that you show demolition, existing etc for creating demolition plans, existing conditions as real drawings for construction 😊
Agree, cannot Find anything on yt
Thankyou so much for such wonderful videos helps a beginner like me alot in exploring Revit
Great job. I love your videos. Keep going.
Good work. keep doing work on phases. its very interesting topic and useful too

Thanks as always for your efforts
Omg . . Very interesting. Thank you so much bro
Woow Thanks a lot balkan very new concept
Very helpful!!
Excellent!
Thanks for explaining easily :)
Great for me because I'm not an architect, I'm a mechanical constructor. But I must learn Revit to show it. For me it would help to have your files to confirm that I'm right. Because sometime you show something in I repeat it but is has not the same effect.
Thank you very much 😇
Thank you very much dude.. god bless you
the best video sir thanx
thanks a lot
Its so cool!!
Thank you very much
Nice!
Thanks

Please do a part 2 video on Phasing with color 🎨
Nice man.
hey can please do interior design of living room... it really helps man. thanks.
I think you have to make another video of phasing to elaborate the phase filter concept
Thanks for the worderful explanation! It´s a complicated subject. How is it possible to make a movie that shows the different phases of construction? What softwares can I use? Thanks for your time and attention. Greetings from Brazil.
Great Tutorial. Is there any chance to make another tutorial with 4 simple walls and set up the phases Existing, Demo, Relocation and New please ? (Just phasing focused)
Can you post a video tutorial on the analysis and difference between using Phases and Design Options. How do they use respectively. More Power to you Sir Balkan. Hope to hear from you regarding my inquiry. Thank you in advance.
In 3D View all shows in every phases. In the leval with it works with the phases
If you didn’t do already can you please make a tutorial on specification? Thank you
♥️
great video! Thank you so much!. Please can you give me some advice, because I am in Revit 2020 and when I do this, the demolished object disappears, it doesn't show with dashed lines. Thanks again!
Thanks a lot very helpfull, i have god one quistion, wat if you want to remove the wall beteren the main building and the expantsion? Do i need to cut the wall in different pieces?
Greetings from the Netherlands ;)
Great! Can you force the model to not show the existing as half tone? So phasing is mostly for you or the 2d documents but not 3d?
hey balakan...can u do some videos on corridor flooring...for residential toweres..with some diffenrt finishes..
suresh
uae
Hi
can you please upload a video how to make families in revit 2018
Can you suggest me some good channel for microsoft project management tutorial ?
Thanks
how does phasing in revit works if you are doing it on a completed project? for example if i dont know the exact timeline and i just wanna practice on the presentation of my old works
When i select the 3d model to apply existing phase to it the properties palette greys out and says Common 93 and does not give me access to the phasing tab, do you know why this is?, Good video
OK, so I sincerely hope that someone out there is going to see this and try to help me out.
I have issue at work where one part of the building has been demolished in January, and the other part is demolished in June, and the entire thing on one sheet.
The thing is, I don't want to see the demolition that has been done in January whist looking at June works.
Any suggestions?
Hi Balkan can u do a video on how to create a window; that have yes/No parameters to turn off the grills, Coins, Shutters, etc
give visibility parameters for them ...
What are thé settings you use?
can you explain for me what is demolish commond
That video will be up in a few days!
Why don’t you call the Demo Phase Demolition instead of New Const 1? Often, Demo contractors are different from the GC
Ad every 2 minutes. Really!
So next time, there is no need to explain what a phase is. If I am watching your video, I am an architect, and I know what phases are and why they exist. That cuts out the whole first two minutes of your video. Secondly, have the plan up and running already, I have limited time ok, I know how to draw a floor plan, I just need to know how to phase it, this video wastes a lot of time on subjects I dont need having explained to me, that is why you get bad feedback, but thanks for the video.
this dude makes things very complicated
