Its crazy watching this video over again. This episode is what got me to get into snowmobiling in the first place. This season i bought my first sled and we just got home to michigan after riding 945 US miles in 4 days. Wawa to hearst, hearst to smooth rock and up to the canyon, then back to hearst, then back to wawa.
This was my first time riding in canada and though we went a different route because of trail conditions it was cool to see this again tonight.
You guys have amazing trails, we will be back

Rode in Wawa during the melt in February 1999 got there with 3 foot of snow and left with there being only mud in 3 days. Still beautiful country to ride, there was a huge pond formed at the west end of Wawa and the guys in he group were using it as a place to play on sleds like jet skis. Good times

I've done this trip once in 2017 and in 18 starting the trip from Searchmont, Ontario. Stayed at a place called Driftwood Valley Chalets and talk about a nice rustic place to stay!! You can park your truck and trailer at Driftwood and start the trip from there and pay a small fee if you don't spend the night at their Chalets. If you want to do this trip I highly recommend staying and staring from Driftwood Valley Chalets since it's right beside the D trail going to Halfway/Wawa.
From Driftwood Chalets to Halfway Haven it's about 87 miles or 140 km so you have to stop and get gas at Halfway and then keep on going up towards Wawa. You can spend the night at Halfway Haven if you want and if you do... you get an amazing buffet for supper. There is also a common/lounge room where you can watch satellite t.v.
We decided to skip staying at Halfway and Wawa in 2018 and rode all the way to the town of Dubreuilville which was about 98 miles or 157 km from Halfway Haven if you take the Dub 5 trail to Dubreuilville. There is a really nice clean modern motel in Dubreuilville called The Magpie Relay worth staying at, while staying there they have mini van that will drop you off/pick you up at the local places like the Sports Bar & Grill, Hardware and Convenience Store.
We did this trip in two days and put on about 373 miles or 600 km of riding. If you haven't done this ride you are missing out!

Cool video. I don’t have Facebook so I can’t respond to “comments” on your supertax website articles. So, I came here to say that Perry Samagalski is an idiot. You guys can’t talk Polaris or show a picture of one without him crying haha. Anyway, just had to say that in hopes he sees it or someone responds to that goof. Keep up the excellent work men!
