This my first year playing semi-pro football and trying to learn as many tips as i can get. Already know the basic route tree. Its the cutting, body language im still trying to improve on

i’m a WR too, This was my first year playing football and now we’re in playoffs but after all the games i’m gonna start going to the gym get bigger, stronger and get way better at football as a wide receiver by next season and this video will help me a lot 💪🏈❤️

Try drown them in the bleach but beware at the Palm
Amon Sanders turn them inside out and run them thru the wash in a tied up pillow case.
Amon Sanders oxyclean and water. Soak it for 2 hrs(to get a really good clean) then rinse and air dry until dry
just get new ones, it'll be hard to restore em to the original state since the material is yellowed...

Great tips, before this i couldn't get open a lot (luckily I'm tall and not slow so I sort of got open) but now I can get past the db or linebacker easily!😄🏈

I'm a 2 back and how do I get the perfect timing for a handoff without having to stop
+Nick Johnson work on timing with your qb and your acceleration to the ball. May have to slow it down if you're getting there too early. Or you may have to start from a yard further.
There's nothing wrong with being patient as a runningback, you just got make sure you got hustle after you have the ball

Isn’t the first release a double move release? I know In the double release you go in your intended direction then back out and work up field

Yeah I don’t think you could be faster than anyone in the nfl right now. Fastest 40 time recorded was a 4.35 or somewhere near their, if your gonna lie about you’re speed, make it realistic. My 40 time was 4.56. I’m not slow but not fast.

Alright so I'm a receiver and today I got pissed during my game I went 1-3 catching two of those were pretty much drops it was kinda cold and wet but my hands were dry and I am usually sure handed any tips for rainy weather
