  • 1969 Triumph TR6. Bushings were replaced with GoodParts nylatron bushings. New upper ball joints, trunions, sway bar links, tie rod ends, springs and shock absorbers.

    Hollywood. Thanks for the very detailed and simple videos. I picked up my '69 in Sept 22 and planning to do pretty much what you're doing. Mine is not a show car by any means and I will make mine safe and reliable. Brakes, suspension, fuel and of course the electrical gremlins. Keep the video's coming. Thanks again.

    The Koni shocks you removed are not gas charged so they will not rebound from compression even when new. To adjust them you remove the bump stop, compress them and then turn the top clockwise or counter-clockwise to increase or reduce the shock stiffness. See: czcams.com/video/u_eg9Kwv9NM/video.html

      Ah, interesting. I figured they were a gas shock. Good to know!
