  • After deciding that her golden retriever named AJ needed a trip to the dog park, they randomly ran into another dog who looked JUST like AJ in every way. Although the owner didn’t think they had met before, the two dogs took a quick sniff, and immediately started playing together as if they were old friends.
After talking with the owners, they found out that the other dog was actually AJ’s biological brother who was from the same litter when they were born. The owners ended up exchanging information so that they can set up more playdates in the future, making for a heartwarming surprise for both the pups and their humans ❤️

Scent is the canine equivalent of visual recognition. It's crazy how they can tie a smell to any familiar animals or humans even after years. There was a video on CZcams showing a lost dog being reunited with its owners after a prolonged period of time. It was nervous and unsure as it was brought out to them, but the moment it smelled them its whole demeanour changed to frantic excitement and happiness. Amazing to see.

    • @blazingkite8983

For a human thats also the case though
if you taste something you ate years ago you can vaguely tell its familiar but takes some time before clicking
when it comes to smell though, you can immediately recognize and tie a memory related to that smell
and if not, at worst you can still immediately tell the smell is familiar
Smell is one hell of a memory unlocker
But dogs are much special at it thanks to a more sensitive nose

ohhh so they were friends and knew each other from back in the days! hah, that is great!
funny how sometimes animals are similar to humans in some ways. they lived at some place with bad people that didn't take care of them, but they kept each other company and played with each other and everything. and suddenly people show up and save them, but they get separated! and then suddenly they cross paths again later, and they are happy to be with their buddies again because they know each other and had played with each other in the past, and probably missed each other too!
hahah. so cool to see how animals behave sometimes. some people view them as dumb and everything, but i think some of them are more bright and more aware than people give them credit for! and you can get a little glimpse of that of footage like this one, or footage of doggies being lost or whatever and getting reunited with their master.
i remember i once saw a story about a doggy that had somehow gotten lost when he was young and ended up really far away from home near a highway or truck stop or something, and a nice truck driver decided to save the doggy and bring him with him in his truck. they traveled together for months until they ended up really far away with the truck driver managing to find a kind family that lived on the complete other side of the country and that accepted to adopt the doggy and take care of him and give him better conditions with a nice open space to run around and play and meet other doggy friends in the neighborhood and do their fun little doggy activities together and everything compared to being sad and living his entire life inside a truck. and i guess the people eventually brought him to the doggy doctor to get him vaccinated or something along those lines after years of having him, and they were really surprised when they found out that his previous original masters had decided to get him one of those fancy special tracking chips under the skin that can be scanned with a machine to see the name and address and phone number of their master in case something bad happens and the doggy gets lost in the big city, that way he can find his real masters when a doggy doctor scans the tracking chip. and they decided to be kind and actually contact the original masters to let them know that doggy was safe and sound! those people couldn't believe it when they were told that doggy somehow made it to the complete opposite side of the country, so they quickly drove there and went to pick him up and bring him back home. and they filmed the moment when he was reunited with their original masters, and it was crazy because the poor doggy immediately started jumping up and down from pure joy and was absolutely thrilled to be reunited with them! he actually recognized them! after getting lost and being saved by a kind trucker and traveling across the country and living in a truck for months and then being given to a nice family that he spent years with.. he still remembered his original masters after such a long time and was so happy and excited to be reunited with them!
just goes to show.. animals are smarter than people give them credit for. they have their little doggy feelings and emotions like happiness and fear and everything.. some have even been described as having doggy depression when something happens to their owner or when they are separated from their only doggy friend from their childhood! they will stand there and look sad and won't eat properly and everything. even things that used to get them super happy and that had become a little routine for them like going to the park with their master and other such things won't get them excited like they used to do back when they did those fun doggy activities with their friend. instead of waiting patiently to hear their master pick up his keys and say "who wants to go to the park?!?" and jump up as if the greatest thing in the world had just happened like they used to do, they will instead need their master to basically convince them and motivate them just so that they muster up the will to get up!
so yeah, the people who think that animals are stupid and don't have feelings are silly. they have a whole bunch of things that are very similar to how a human would react.
animals are so cool. especially doggies. they are the most loyal creatures on this earth and will love their masters unconditionally.. even when their master is a bad human that doesn't treat them properly! they'll still love him and protect him from danger and be super happy when the person give him the slightest amount of attention!
very nice creatures with kind little souls.

Down to the way his fur curled only on his spine and everything but we brushed it off. When we went to check out Blue, my trained, well behaved service dog was very curious about this exact copy of him and this was the first time he completely disregarded his job (which he takes very seriously) to full on run up to the dog and same thing, it took one sniff and they both went absolutely bananas. We asked the guy about his dog and where he got it perhaps and turns out it was his biological sister and the only other puppy that stayed with Blue until she was adopted 2 days before we got blue. They were the last 2 in the litter for the longest time and recognized each other from across a vet lobby with tons of other dogs and cats and all kinds of animals. After two days he will revive us; on the third day he will restore us, that we may live in his presence.
In prophecies 1day is equal to 1000 years. Which means after two thousand years Jesus will return again.
And on the third day which is the 3rd millennium, we will live in his sight. We all know we cannot see God's face and live on Earth. So it's the second coming of Jesus.
      Luke 21:11 ►
There will be great earthquakes, famines and pestilences in various places, and fearful events and great signs from heaven.
      Matthew 24:6
You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come.
We are the witnesses of all these things. From the death of Jesus to 2030 there are 2000 years.9 years is left until the 2000 years are complete after Jesus's death. Jesus is coming soon. Let's all repent and turn from our old ways and turn to the Lord.
      Praise the Lord.
Peace and Love to you all.
Easter is pagan, the resurrection day of the Lord is correct and please stop taking the Lord's name in vain like saying omg or using it with a bad word or taking it in anyway that is in vain. Even the devil trembles in his name and we shouldn't use the powerful name like that. For the people who says Jesus is not God here's a verse.
      Isaiah 9:6
For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
      God bless you all.
Please spread this message to the ends of the world.

Dogs have super noses, in fact their nose guides their senses more than anything else. Ever notice how a dog can go nuts with following scents while taking one for a walk? A new student started at my school years ago. I got called to the principals office for a permit to leave campus daily at lunchtime. I'm like what's this for? Princ said, It's the permit you came in this morning for. I'm like, I didn't ask for this and I wasn't in here this morning. I left rather than discussing it further. He got mad. Headed to my next class, an was going upstairs, and just stopped in my tracks. My doppelganger was coming down the steps in front of me. She stopped to look at me as well. When I told my mom she just laughed. The next day the new student changed schools again. Years later, I was grabbed & kissed downtown by her fiance. Which scared the daylights out of me. Later my boss ran into her and told her that I was heading the wrong way to work. When I beat him to work he wanted to know how? We looked like identical twins, I tried to tell him. I hear, everybody has a doppelganger.

    • @issadraco532
      @issadraco532 Před rokem

@@JP0411 i mean, you're not wrong but who the heck is able to achieve that? unless you live on a farm or something, the average person isn't gonna be able to do anything when they suddenly end up with like eight doggies popping up.
some people barely have enough in their brains to be able to take care of a child, and that's a human! and then you have people that are living in apartments and eating fifty cent packets of made in china dollar store noodles from places that give food to welfare people.. those people can barely afford to take care of a single doggy, let alone multiple of them.
those doggies are already going to have a pretty sad life locked inside a some apartment in the city and will never see grass and be able to enjoy running around outside and doing their typical doggy activities with their friends.. so imagine if the person had to take care of more than half a dozen of them!
so yeah, you are definitely right that it would be preferable if doggies were able to stay with their mommy dog and doggy brothers and sisters, but nowadays that's just not practical or feasible in the vast majority of cases. back in the days when everyone lived in rural areas, they might have had eight doggies pop up but that number diminished rapidly. maybe two of them wouldn't make it right off the bat, and then another would get really sick, another one would be unlucky and get out from underneath the barn for two seconds and get kidnapped by an eagle or attacked by some wild animal at night, another might be okay for a while and then run away and end up at another house five miles away or something, another one would get injured while working.. and then just like that, after a year or something you ultimately up with only two healthy adult doggies that are able to work and live a good life and do their little doggy activities and do their job around the farm.
times have changed. the world isn't like it used to be. much of it for the worse. and not just for poor little animals that have had their little homes and habitats destroyed, but also for humans themselves. and that is the tragic part.

Re: cranky dogs... I suggest folk check the cross species studies on the effects of gonadectomy (full spay/neuter) on depression, anxiety, and cognitive decline... 😵 And if getting a dog, consider hormone sparing sterililzation over gonadectomy
I'd suggest checking the studies on depression in dogs in this regard, but there ain't any as far as I can tell. But there's def studies on anxiety and cognitive decline, some which do find increases. Tho dog studies on gonadectomy are highly conflicting, but there's also lot of not accounting for contributing factors in then like socieocomics (intact dogs tend to live in lower income households, which like with humans, effects health and behavior due to limited resources, limited medical care, and compound effects of poverty) and size (small vs large dogs mature/age differently and have diff lifespans yet some studies limo them together without insuring groups are evenly distributed in size as adult ), culture, etc.
These dogs can be a big annoying, but we might actually be making them that way biologically 😔
