You can ask Chat for idea on bullet points or you can draft your bullet points and then have Chat rewrite them.

I have a question?? Should a resume be written in the past tense? For instance, trained and inspired 100s of workers from varying counties. For a bullet point and should the bullet points ever include a period?
Good questions Matthew. When writing a resume, the general rule of thumb is to use the present tense for your current job and the past tense for all your previous roles. For instance, if you're currently in a role, you might say "train and inspire workers from various countries," but for a past role, you would say "trained and inspired hundreds of workers from various countries." As for bullet points, they traditionally do not end with periods, especially if they're not full sentences. If you use complete sentences, which is less common but not incorrect, then periods are appropriate. However, I still like to put periods at the end of all my bullet points. The key is consistency. Whichever style you choose, make sure to apply it throughout your entire resume. I hope that helps clarify things for you!

For example, your public admin job might have honed your abilities in organization, project management, stakeholder communication, or policy understanding - all of which can be invaluable in sales and private sector roles. Additionally, working in public administration often requires a keen sense of understanding the public's needs, which can translate well into understanding customer needs in sales. Frame your experience in terms of achievements and how they contributed to the larger goals of the organization.
