    I love this piece. I performed it at a high school concert 55 years ago, when I was 14. It's such a conversational/contrapuntal thing, just gorgeous. I'm glad I found it and thanks for posting.

    So perfect. I am an organist and I play his Organ Sonatas. So important to hear his works for other instruments.

    Very well worked out to the finest detail (both artists). Not stiff, Not measured, not too much liberty with style. Very Hindemith indeed: Expressive and intellectually stimulative. A little sad about the piano tuning however (listen to the dissonant major chord at 4:54 & 15:42). Hindemith was not a fan of A-440Hz either: More like a-429Hz built up from C-128Hz which is known as "Prime".

    Fine player, good interpretation, but he sounds a tad sharp in a few spots.
