Thanks for the reaction! Neat to see some risk management in the Director's reasoning instead of blind "kaiju must die." Kafka is a risk, yes, but a threat requires intent to harm. Which, Kafka does not display.

Kaiju no 9 isn't trying to turn Kafka, he wants the weapons humans made out of other Kaiju. Like the weapons Director General Shinomyia or Narumi were using in the last couple episodes.
