Here's a commercial for Elastic Hulk - a "Stretch Armstrong" type toy that allows you go pull the Incredible Hulk into knots and he'll always go back to how he was before (unless you pull too hard or make a cut in him so his goo seeps out). Part of the Elastic Superhero Collection by Mego.
