- In this video I break down how to use a slip line. From setting the line up, to moving the head without the feet, to moving the head and feet, all the way to moving the feet, head, and throwing punches whilst moving. The slip line is a great piece of equipment for practicing head movement and getting in close or away from an opponent. Its a really easy and affordable way to practice! Thanks !
Great work Sir thank you
Nice and easy,good work!
Interesting post.
Have a question though. I fight southpaw although I am equally comfortable fighting off both sides. Have my daughter training the same as it gave me advantage although in kickboxing. How would you show that step for people who can transition between both stances. For myself it had been as simple as a step back .
My daughter doesn't seem to pick it up so easily
A slip line, Is it for 'feint'? or Is there a difference between 'slip' and 'feint' in using anyway?

Нужно умнть переносиьь вес и изиенять траекторию движентя...в бою по прямой никто ге ходит.поэтому это упражнение не имеет смысла.
It makes very good sense for people starting out. I have absolutely no doubt if you trained you were never bombarded with techniques, theory and drills all at once.
ALL training is progressive with other training as and when required. If the training was in any way you are stating I'd have been third Dan in my first year. It's not the matrix my man 😂
