"Hot Chase was not particularly successful" - Those lines that I was shocked about the game, thinking that the game was bad when I discovered it way back in ca. 2005 during my heydays with MAME. This fact alone was enough for me to become curious about it and decided to give the game a crack at the time I discovered it. I was always intrigued by the concept of escaping an enemy country into freedom while being chased by military soldiers, vehicles and aircraft all trying to destroy you and stopping you from escaping, hence the very creative "name". This concept is a lot more fitting about becoming disillusioned about a home country of yours that isn't of what it supposed to be, and some beautiful female entity comes up to your mind and romantically encourages you to defect and betray your false masters of your country who mistreated you, and become welcomed by the new country from which the female entity comes and gives you everything superior that your country never gave you.

このゲームに使ってる基盤が貧弱であんまり疑似３Dのゲームに向いてなかったとか何とかで
いまいちな出来になったみたいな事聞いたことあるな。
この当時この手のゲームはナムコ、セガが強かった気がする
コナミはグラディウス2とかシューティングゲームが強かった

1986年に出たル・マンからグラフィックとか動きが変わらない(笑)この時代、ゲーセンに通い積めてましたけど、このゲーム見ませんでした(笑)
全体的にカクカクしてるし、【スピードメーターは３００Km超えてるが、５０Km位の間違いじゃね!?】って位のスピード感の無さ…。
