  • Heavy Bag Workout #6 🥊
    Today is going to be totally different from the workouts we have done before. This is great for every time you need a quick workout on the bag OR possibly for a warm-up before you get into your boxing training. Instead of timers, we are going to be counting the number of punches we throw as reps. For example, we are going to start off throwing 20 jabs then after a couple-second break we will move on to 20 crosses, etc. We will go through all of the standard punches (Jabs, Crosses, Hooks and Uppercuts) in 1 round followed by a 1-minute break.
    We are going to repeat this for 3 sets. A layout of the workout will be provided on screen and below.
    Punch Volume Workout (360 Total)
    20 Jabs
    3s Break
    20 Crosses
    3s Break
    20 Lead Hook
    3s Break
    20 Power Hooks
    3s Break
    20 Lead Uppercut
    3s Break
    20 Power Uppercut
    Rest 1min
    3 Sets Total
