find out if your county has a smog emissions test if it does, find out what year it stops, in mine if its 20+ years old they dont care but the next county over they dont check smog emissions. buy a american v8 vehicle, preferable a mustang/camaro/corvette/challenger/charger/thunderbird/etc etc for the best sounding vehicles and then cut the exhaust from the headers back off, then reroute the exhaust pipe to the front side of the rear tires or too the front fender, or just leave it at the headers
