this is a normal interaction when asked about improving a product. however- should these questions be answered in a case study format (i’m going to focus on these user groups/here are the metrics i would look at to gauge success etc)
some of the assumptions seem to miss the mark on the whole use for users who do not have credit cards/digital payment method, or users who dont want their spending tracked directly. A known early adopter group for the app is for sex workers. Like its fine if you dont want to talk about drugs, or victims of financial abuse/domestic violence, but then just choose a different app to discuss
