ദൈവവുമായി പരിപൂർണ്ണ ഐക്യവും, ദൈവവുമായിട്ടു ഗാഢമായ ഒരു സ്നേഹബന്ധത്തിലായിരുന്ന ഒരു അവസ്ഥയുമുണ്ടായിരുന്നു മനുഷ്യന്, കാരണം മനുഷ്യന്റെ സന്തോഷത്തിന്റെ ഉറവിടവും അവന്റെ അസ്തിത്വവും എല്ലാം അവൻ ദൈവത്തിലായിരുന്നു കണ്ടെത്തിയിരുന്നത്, ആ മനുഷ്യൻ തന്നോടുതന്നെയും തന്റെ കൂടെയുള്ളവരോടും ദൈവവുമായും തന്റെ ചുറ്റിനുമുള്ള മറ്റുജീവജാലങ്ങളോടും എല്ലാം സമന്വയത്തിലായിരുന്ന ഒരു അവസ്ഥയുണ്ടായിരുന്നു ആ അവസ്ഥയാണ് ഉത്ഭവ വിശുദ്ധി. ഈ ദൈവികൈക്യത്താൽ അവൻ അവന്റെ ആത്മാവും, മനസ്സും, ശരീരവുമായി പൊരുത്തത്തിലായിരുന്നു.. ഈ പൊരുത്തം അവന്റെ തന്നോടുതന്നെയുള്ള ബന്ധത്തിലും, അവന്റെ കുടുംബത്തോടുള്ള ബന്ധത്തിലും, ദൈവവുമായുള്ള ബന്ധത്തിലും, പരിസ്ഥിതിയായുള്ള ബന്ധത്തിലും പൊരുത്തത്തിലായിരുന്നു.. ഈ അസ്വാഭാവിക സ്നേഹത്തിലുള്ള പൂർണതയും, വളർച്ചയുമാണ് ആദ്യപാപം വഴി അവനും, ഇന്ന് നമ്മുക്കും നഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്നത്. സഭയുടെ കൗദാശിക ജീവിതവും, യേശു ക്രിസ്തുവിലുള്ള നമ്മുടെ വിശ്വാസവും, ഇന്ന് നമ്മളെ ഈ നഷ്ടപെട്ട ജീവനിലേക്കു ആയിരിക്കണം നമ്മളെ ഉയർത്തേണ്ടത്..
നമ്മുക്കൊരോരോത്തർക്കും ആത്മാവിൽ നമ്മുടെ ഹൃദയത്തിൽതൊട്ടു വിചിന്തനം ചെയ്യാം നമ്മുടെ വിശ്വാസത്തിന്റെ ലക്‌ഷ്യം ശെരിക്കും എന്താണ്??
ഇന്ന് ബെത്‌സയ്ദ കുളക്കടവിലെ തളർവാദ അവസ്ഥയിൽ കിടക്കുന്നത്‌ ഞാനും നിങ്ങളും അല്ലെ?? നമ്മളോടും ഇന്ന് കർത്താവു ചോദിക്കുന്നു, നിനക്ക് സുഖം പ്രാപിക്കാൻ ആഗ്രഹമുണ്ടോ?? അത് വെറും നമ്മുടെ രോഗാവസ്ഥയിൽ നിന്നുള്ള മോചനം അല്ല പിന്നെയോ, പാപത്തിനുള്ള മോചനവും നിത്യജീവനിലേക്കുള്ള വിളിയും ആണ്.
