Telling my rabbit about his mom and siblings (emotional)

- This is the first time I'm telling Bini about his mom and siblings. He probably doesn't remember them because it was 10 years ago and he was a little baby. His mom was a beautiful black rabbit and some of his siblings were very similar to Bini. Unfortunately, I don't have a picture of them so I can only tell what I remember.
These days Bini got a new little brother (not blood related). They are in a bonding process. (All of us).

10 years is a long life for a bunny. Not only has Binny had a long life, thanks to you, he has had a great life.
Small breeds of bunnies can live up to age 15 if they are spayed or neutered and properly cared for! I hope that all of my bunnies make it to 15 💖

@@CsicsiPlushHaas I have a harlequin who weighs almost 8 lbs. Though it's unlikely he'll live to 15, I sure hope he does! I have 3 bunnies total ranging from 3 lbs to 8 lbs. One of them is a beautiful lop a lot like Bini!

My bunny died 3 years old😭😭
Bini has such a sweet face, and doesn't look even close to 10! He looks maybe 4 years old. Such a healthy, handsome and well loved boy. I'm so happy to have found his channel! 🐰☺️🥰

That is a long life for a bunny 🐰. Indeed, you are both very lucky to have found one another. I got lucky with my Bandit Bunner who lived 11 years and 4 months. He passed away on March 19 of this year. I really miss him. So enjoy your little nose a twitch bundle of fur as much as you can. I know you do. May he be blessed to live a very long life with you! He is one extraordinary little bunny 🐇!

Bini is such a beautiful bunny, and that is such a beautiful origin story.
I had such a similar moment with my bunny. He was originally a foster, we worked so hard with him as he was so frightened of everything after he was rescued. And then, one day he just came over and gave my hand a little nudge to ask to be petted. In that moment I knew I couldn't give him up, he was my rabbit and we were meant to be together. We worked so hard together to bring him out of his shell, and I was so honored that day he decided to trust me. It's a day I'll never forget.
Ernie is 9 years old now and still going strong. I'm so glad to see that Bini still looks so well too.

My dog family passed away. His parents died. His siblings died when they were 7 and 8 years old. My dog is ten years old! He's slowing down a lot and it is heartbreaking. But these things happen all the time. Just like Bini, he is living the best life he can ask for.
10 years old is not too old for a dog. at 10 my dog still had zoomies and played fetch. I suggest a vet visit to make sure your dog doesn't have a condition that's causing him to slow down 😥
@@animeluver22113 he's a big dog (68 pounds) bigger dogs tend to move slower as they get bigger and not live as long. He's going to the vet soon anyway. He's very fit, no hip problems as far as I can see. He's a Catahula Leopard if you wanna know more about the breed.

@IMeMineWho sadly, he injured himself in late July last year. He started dragging himself everywhere. Forcing him to drink water, changed from dry to wet dog food. We didn't surgery because even then he still had a risk of dying. So I and my family had to make the hardest decision. We put him down. We stayed in the room the whole time when the vet first used the needle to put him to sleep and there was such a huge smile on his face. Then she did the second one and well... he died. But now we call him King of Pups because he died August 16th, the death of Elvis Presely. I'm just glad Sherman didn't know what was going on.
@@cristinawood9001 I am glad Christina that you have a doggie left. I am glad that your other doggie was happy to go. My cousin had the opposite experience putting down his dog. I grew up with dogs..big and small but right now have a bunny that my bestie chose out of a litter saying "he looks the most animated." To that I would add animated=crazy..but he is amusing and makes me laugh..no easy feat considering I am grieving my closest tree! It is my 1st bunny and to my astonishment they are not like hamsters..he is more like a dog..a constantly eating, binkying and diabolical one...but adorable, smart and sweet. I now know the worrying my parents did over me..is he alright..how is his poo? Each am I am glad he eats and runs and binkied.
.but I still worry. He is 4 months..13 by human years..ready for his bar mitzvah!😂🐇 But seriously I hope you and your remaining furry live long and prosper!🖖

You are so lucky to have such a healthy good bunny. I recently lost my sweetest angel, Mabeline. She was the ray of sunshine in my life and I would do anything to hold her one last time. She was the sweetest bunny. Now, she’s dancing with the angels up in heaven. Rest In Peace my darling Mabel. ❤️✊

I too have enjoyed the special bond that develops between humans and rabbits when the rabbit makes the first contact. When a rabbit feels comfortable enough to approach you, it feels safe and will shower you with love. Never take the love of a rabbit (or any animal for that matter) for granted. Return the love by providing a good forever home. Allow the friendship to grow by not keeping the rabbit confined to a cage day in and day out. Their personalities will shine when they are provided free time to just be. Cherish every moment with your precious little friend.

I have my own bunny and...she is paralysed from old age...but I try to love her and make her as comfortable as possible. It warms my heart whenever I see your channel and see how you cherish your bunny. Seriously, I appreciate and love you as well as your baby bunny 💕
It can be hard to talk about our old pets but the best thing is just concentrating on giving them as much love as possible in the present and not regret later ❤
