I have that razor key board and it is amazing. It’s not all about the sound, that 200 dollar razor keyboard is more focused on the low latency and gameplay quality.
Nah, even a 1k polling rate keyboard works just fine, even for games that require precise timing like osu or geometry dash (if you are that weirdo who uses the spacebar). I’d rather have a nice sounding custom keyboard than a shit sounding expensive Razer keyboard that makes barely any difference. Razer keyboards are for posers.

Cheaply built not cheaply sold. Keyboards is one area where built always outperforms bought when comparing the two in the same price brackets. A 200 dollar built keyboard will always end up better than a 200 dollar prebuilt one.

the real crime here is that razer keyboards aren't even cheap, I have a friend that bought a razer blackwidow elite and that shit was like 170$, my custom cost me 150$

Even just getting a Keychron Q2 has ruined all other office keyboards for me
Custom boards are worth it, alot of people say customs are louder, but that's because people want it thay way, if you want a completely silent board you could get silent switches and throw a ton of foam in the case and you'll hear literally nothing.

The low profile keyboard "DeathStalker V2 Pro TKL" from Razer ist amazing. It has premium build quality and the Razer optical red switches with dampeners are amazing to type and game on. And it is wireless 👌🏼 I love it.

"cheap razer keyboard" seems to work just fine, doesn't sound bad at all and somehow good for its price. "heaven" having a lot of time on your hands to make this keyboard, doesn't sound bad although quieter which defeats the purpose of "heaven" if I can't even hear it while I play

It's this video and so much more. Using a hotswappable board is environment friendly because you only need one board for every switch, easily repaired and when you get tired of your switches, just change em. :-)

My razer huntsman tournament keybaord begs to differ , the quality found in the huntsman touranment edition changed my life. I refuse to use anything else , I bought two one for my pc other for on the go.

@@orbitanddecay4380 hmm. what hardware is there to compare? you won't find a kb below 1Mhz polling in 2023 and going higher than that has no benefits. scan rates aren't publicized by major brands like razer or logitech, or by hobbyist brands typically, and it cannot be measured in software, only estimated. all modern mkbs support nkro. aspects of hw like bluetooth or wireless capability on kbs, most creators seem to mention, but there really is nothing else to compare.
additionally, video is a format that is great for showing things for you to see and hear, so the videos about keyboards focus on the appearance and sound, rather than numbers like scan and poll rate which cannot be seen or heard and are better compared in something like a spreadsheet, rather than spoken to you in a video.

@@MrFryTastic apex pro is butter smooth, you don’t need to spend 400 dollars on something you will only feel slightly. In a game where you press the keys quick and hard, you can barely tell the difference between a clicky or linear switch

Custom keyboards are not ideal for gaming why? Most of the time custom keyboards only have 100hz even if they are advertising their products as 1000hz polling rate and the input latency is very high on these keyboards compared to the gaming brand companies beause their goal is to make their keyboards fast, responsive and durable
Ps 100hz and super high latency is very noticeable if ur used to gaming brands keyboards so
