"How IS it that new York didn't DEAL WITH Trump? If he (Trump) would have been from Detroit or... Seriously. He never would have been foisted on the rest of the country. He would have been 'DEALT WITH'."

@M A Moore wasn't like this last election. Back then he described white Trump voters as not racist, just economically desperate working class who felt they weren't being listened to by the establishment. This time around he's straight up calling every white guy who voted Trump a racist. That kind of punching down demonization won't win elections. It didn't work when Hillary called them deplorables. That kind of rhetoric only plays well with young, white, college educated, self-entitled socialist types who come from middle to upper middle homes, and who absolutely loathe working class whites. Listen, if lashing out at Trump voters gives liberals some short term endorphin rush, have at it hoss, just realize you won't win anyone to your side. You have to suck it up, learn to empathize and be willing to talk to Trump supporters like you don't think they are subhuman. Maybe then you can win them over.

I volunteered with the red cross in NYC. Eviction happens almost every day, and it's cruel, especially to a family with children. People were evicted, sent/not sent to a hotel that was far away from work. NYC is in crisis because of gentrifications - working-class folks work in the service industries of the gentrified neighborhood and have to travel hours to and from work, and then take the fall of their children not doing well in school - the cycle of crushed dream over generations carry on. And politicians of NYC care more about policing (easiest fix to address the fear of white people and frustrations of poor people by shredding minorities from the simple sense of dignity), status ( so that they can talk about their accomplishments on TV for hours), and cronies ( securing non-profits and consulting jobs for families or the people who helped them with dirty laundry). To white people - stop oppressing minorities around you, they are not loud, messy or unorganized, they are continuously stressed because of your (white peoples) rigid sense of " how to live one's life the most boring way possible". Gentrification must be reversed - you can't just buy your way into a community - the community will not be happy - you will be afraid - we will have more police in the subway - and black & Latino teenagers ( not soft target) will be in a punitive spreadsheet for the rest of the life- this can not and will not go on forever. #reversegentrificationnow.

Of the people you listed, Bernie Sanders has the best chance of winning. Let's do a thought experiment:
Bernie Sanders sweeps the primaries and wins the Democratic nomination. He faces off against Donald Trump who has built-in advantages of incumbency and the Electoral College. Let's say Sanders somehow overcomes all of that, and a multi-billion dollar effort spearheaded by the most powerful financial forces ever mustered to paint him as a radical socialist who will tax us into oblivion, and then wins the White House. Now, Sanders has to get his progressive proposals through the (likely) Republican controlled Senate. Even if that happens (unlikely) Trump-appointed federal judges will strike them down.
I think you'll find that voting for the eventual Democratic nominee and lobbying that administration for the change you're seeking will be more effective than futilely voting with your conscience and delivering yourself another four years of uninformed tweets from a reality-television star.

We are now energy independent for the first time since 1960. That means we don't have to fight anymore wars for oil. He has also killed the Isis leader and the second in command virtually wiping them out in under 3 years. I get almost $2,000 more in my take home pay because of the Trump tax cut. That means a vacation this year. And he has cleaned up the Veterans Administration which was full of corruption. Now wonded veterancs can see the doctor of their choice if a military doctor is not available. Trump has an odd personality but as President he has been GREAT! Additionally, the wasteful use of resource is another sacred tenet of socialistic dogma - yet MM appears similarly oblivious given his self-absorbed excursion into gluttony has resulted in the continuous waste of our food resource for at least a good 30 years (which, for example, includes the needless birthing, raising and slaughtering of cows and chickens).

Think again, it is a failed state where the land is being pillaged and the population exploited for private gain of 0.001% of the population.
