My favorite one of Mary's sandwich videos was the one where she was just taking the meat and throwing it down on the sandwich. She mentioned a while back that people were getting on her case about it, and it's like... Don't people have lives? Do you really have to hassle somebody who makes really nice ASMR relaxation videos about how she makes a sandwich?

I started watching ASMR a couple of year's ago when I was in a bad STRESSFUL place in my life/head...and her sandwich video's were one of the things that ACTUALLY SAVED MY LIFE!!! I loveeeeee her calming voice. Thank you so very much

If I have round slices of meat for sandwiches, I cut them in half and then line up the straight edges of the meat with the sides of the slice of bread to make it fit without any hanging over…if you get what I mean! So that the rounded edges are in the middle of the bread.
Love a sandwich video too…always makes me hungry though 😂

The things you talked about all rang true. The tomatoes are not good yet. And I love a tomato sammy but you must add pepper! And always on white. I love honey wheat but for a tomato sammy always white.

Some areas have items in Aldi (just like other chain stores), but other areas don't. Do you still have Toaster Tarts? We haven't had them here in months.
There's not even a spot for the L'Oven Fresh white bread in my store anymore.

I get the wide-pan 100% whole-wheat there. I make a lot of fold-over sandwiches, and the wider slices work better for that.
I usually fold those giant turkey deli slices in half on my sandwich. Makes for a thick sammie!

Omigod there is something about those sandwich videos 😍Idk what it is, I think it’s cause whenever we’d be on vacation as a family when I was little we would buy the prepackaged meats and cheese in those containers with the pull off lids and wrap them up to go somewhere so my little heart gets all happy when I see and hear those packages. 😂I realize this sounds ridiculous but I like being just a little bit ridiculous 😂Also I always wanted to work in a sandwich prep job but I have horrible anxiety so this is my false reality being acted out for me 😅also THE WAX PAPER 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻(this is a not so subtle suggestion for wax paper to be included)

Aldi actually surprisingly has some good prepackaged deli meats !!! For awhile I would only get lunch meat from Aldi like the turkey and ham for lunches for work. I dislike the meats from Walmart the most like their cheapest prepackaged lunch meat in the containers they just smell off in my experience. Aldi's are on point tho esp like those ones in the bag by Aldi. 💗

Naturesweet is the ONLY brand of off-season tomatoes I can buy that don't taste like water! However, I've never seen their full size tomatoes in any store around here, just the small cherry tomatoes. I'll keep an eye out for them.
