hello, Really nice review. You put this wheel in my radar as im searching for a decent drift/racing setup. I HAVE ONE question. Do I need adapters for the thrustmaster pedals and shifter?
yo. good review! If I'm 100% honest, the reason I'm so late to watching it is because after seeing several other people review the base/wheel basically all regurgitating nearly identical points, I didn't think I would get any new information from watching another. However, I'm happy to be wrong here, I'm really glad you put the focus of your review primarily on the PC settings software and companion mobile app because while other reviewers of course mentioned the app and possibly showed a quick glance at a screen or two from the PC software, I guess I was, somehow, unaware how interested I was in their operation. So thank you for not making the same review as dozens of others! Keep finding different perspectives in your content and you have my word I won't second guess/back burner a review again!

Do you know how to setup the dual clutch for standing starts so that you can set the bite point?

I noticed you wasn't one to one with the wheel inputs, there was a delay from when YOU turn the wheel to what happens on screen, input lag and its clearly visible to me, would that be because im watching it on youtube or is there actually input lag since you've had it for while now? Thanks great informative video btw ✊🏻

Would you still recomend it now you've had it a while? Id like one but the wheels are so expensive so it doesn't come in cheaper than the csl dd over all but if they dropped the prices on the wheels then they would corner the market imo..!

@@EvlRabbit07 I’m getting ready to upgrade from a g920, did not know they had a DD until I saw your video! My heart is set on a DD1 unless you can convince me otherwise with this one from Moza! I enjoy your channel and I can’t wait for your new street car pack to come available!!!
@@blingspsycho Realistically, ANYTHING DD is an unbelievable upgrade from a g920. Depending what type of racing you do mainly, 8-9nm torque is plenty especially if your drifting which i assume you do since your here ;) hahahah IMO i would go either R9, or the CSL DD, and use that $ saved from buying a DD1 too buy the fanatec V3 pedals. Would be a waaaaaaaaay better overall upgrade. Assuming you don't have really good pedals already.
Go for the DD1 (or CSL DD/Pro) if you plan on playing on consoles, otherwise buy something else

Hi there please help. i have just set up my wheel and pedals and when i turn the wheel, i can see it turning in app but non of the buttons are registering. does anyone have any info on this?
Make sure the firmware is updated on base and where threw the pit house ap
@@EvlRabbit07 everything is updated and yes I’m in the pit house app. It detects the wheels turning but no buttons.

Hello. I have seen a video where they say that the QR system has a bit of slack. I really would not like to make an investment of this type and find myself with this problem. I would prefer that these simracing steering wheels do not have QR systems that imitate the real ones. He prefers the system that Thrustmaster uses. If the thread is adjusted correctly, there is no looseness.
This has no looseness that I can feel it is very sturdy with no slop
They do not imitate the real one, as far as I can tell it's pretty much D1 spec a real one, not imitation like fanatec.
