    I love how you've chosen to highlight products that aren't just gimmicky and highlight great accessibility technology. Super content and good summaries.

      The first one is literally a gimmick. Don’t get me wrong I think it’s a genius idea but I don’t see any main stream headset company that would waste weight and price when the OS can solve the same issue

    A few people have mentioned this already but I LOVE the focus on accessibility in this video. People typically have pretty negative outlooks when it comes to wearables but seeing real world applications of how these technologies are being used to improve quality of life is awesome - definitely need to check out CES for myself next year!

    This was so well done. Your b roll, writing, the prompting and allowing your interview clips to explain fluidly rather than having to set up every one of ur questions literally. How you had. System for each product (show, why it exists, how it works, why it matters) and how you combined it all themed to accessibility with well thought out realistic benefits and features. Even the emotional type of takes like “taking for granted” felt so genuine too! Prop. Not many CES videos showed me any products I’d care about and often they hyped things I felt were so stupid or old or not even explaining anything tech wise. This got me so excited and i want them to win and get more funding and attention so bad. I wouldn’t even be the one benefiting the tech here probably but I want those who need it to be able to have it and hopefully affordably eventually!! Respect to you sir! Subbing right now!

    I found Lumen and Lotus to both be so ingenious! I'm curious, out of the thousands of startups, how did you decide which ones to spend time visiting?

    The vibrating blind guide device would really take off if they could get it to a ball cap form factor with the battery, cpu, memory in your pocket, just the sensors and rotators on the head.

    Lotus Ring. Super cool! But you never mentioned how it worked. Sure, the ring has an IR transmitter but what receives the signal, and how does pointing at an item turn it on and off?

    • @jackjohny8880
      @jackjohny8880 Před 5 měsíci +2

      There is a magnetic module that you can place on top of your mechanical switch. It has the IR Receiver. When you point the ring to the switch and tap on it, It blasts an IR signal towards the pointed direction and receiver will pick up the signal to toggle the switch.

    Is there a wearable device that projects an image of what a camera sees infront of the eye for people with severe myopia. The idea is that all that the person cant percieve visually be brought closer on a 2d screen within their focussing range. Prescription Glasses cant help in this case.
