Yeah, generally, vegetarians are more interested in health aspects because if they were concerned with welfare for animals other than humans and reduction of suffering (I think humanity should strive to reduce and prevent suffering to balance out unavoidable suffering), then they would be vegan, not vegetarian. Those who genuinely care about these most important aspects of veganism (along with other related concepts) usually do not crave the taste of meat - after undoing heavy conditioning/indoctrination from societal and political environments.
Nutrition is important, seasoning is plentiful, and no more adding to another sad human practice. Brutal exploitation of other animals, justified with inconsistent reasoning. Cows, in which there are more similarities to a human than there differences (With such a large number of similarities, there are also a large number of differences. I think we should celebrate differences, but that is different than declaring our own traits superior to others. And, while there are objectively superiors and inferiors when we create context, we can still mutualize and form symbioses, which most evidence will support as being more productive than territorializing, if done properly, which is very possible.), are born and raised only to be used as human commodity, then, with obvious disrespect, disposed of. Many get impregnated over and over until they break, the parent and child get separated practically immediately and then kept separated in severe amounts. I understand laughing about a bad situation, you can't be too serious, but should you really be so lighthearted? There's a lot of serious shit going on, and we can just pass away for eternal rest if that's your belief, but if somebody really wants to make the world a better place, it's more likely they'll be serious about it instead of flippant. I want us to laugh about problems but after or while we're fixing them, not before while doing nothing.
Vegans and vegetarians are different. Vegetarians won't eat meat but don't have an issue with eating anything that an animal produces. Which is logical. Personally I can't eat beef because it gives me horrible pains, I also prefer to eat fish or straight fruit and salad as it's generally healthier to have less red meat, I also crave the feeling of fresh juicy fruit and veg too.
