He was my neighbor growing up. Haven't heard his voice in so many years. Miss you Neighbor Ken!

Here is a video of him on June 9th at the Danbury Library. Very eager to violate multiple rights of a man after placing his hand on a bible and swearing an oath that he would fight all enemies foreign and domestic. As it is your friend can't be trusted, his word means nothing. He became the very domestic terrorist he swore to protect society from. I don't think he realizes he's a terrorist, but according to natural law, and the golden rule, he's pretty low on the totem pole of, well, sorry man your neighbor is no good and you're lucky he didn't shoot you to be honest. Guy is nuts.

@@McCucumber I wouldn't take it too seriously. The dude filming in the library was pushing buttons to get a reaction and acting like a douchebag. Utter was angry and he said what he said but it's not possible that the police culture in Danbury is engaged in secret murder because there are absolutely no murders in Danbury. Utter is a good guy

Your neighbor has probably killed multiple people for his own purposes
