That harmonic balancer bolt is TTY and requires alot or torque to tighten the degree setting... Same as the ford 1.5s no key way on crank uses clamping force to hold timing in place

Well it didn’t sound good when it was running
That's just what the camera picked up. Actually sounded fine in person. Little bit noisy but normal for a fresh rebuild first start
