Getting EVERY PERK Before Leaving Far Harbor in Fallout 4

- A little while ago I set out to get every perk in sanctuary, and after 66 ish hours, I achieved that goal, but a question that I've seen time and time again is how would this type of run look like in other parts of the game, well today well be answering that question by taking a trip to far harbor, but as many people pointed out, I didn’t get the companion perks or magazine perks while in sanctuary, so in far harbor ill be hanging out with Longfellow and grabbing the almanacs. Our objectives will be to get all character perks, Longfellow's perk, all almanac perks, and as many faction perks as possible, all while starting with nothing from the base game, and without further ado lets get into it
"Since this is a level 30 DLC" So you're telling me that going to far harbor at level 8 and _somehow_ making it past the first few quests with no problem is not what I was supposed to do?
HAHA thats how i felt, making it in at level 1 and then surviving is rough

That stuff with the mangled settlers is unironically one of the funniest things I've seen in a long time.
I’m glad you enjoyed, chat and I were baffled seeing the settlers try to continue tasks without their limbs haha
Man, these streams got so goofy. Legless Larry and Headless Hayden were great, but I think my favourite moment was when we realised it took three years to complete. Just imagine returning to the Nakanos: "Hey, I know I've been gone three years, but yeah, your daughter is dead." I feel like it would be funny to see your character telling Nick and Piper about their "infant son" despite the fact that he'd be at least 3-4 by now too. Either way, congratulations on completing it, Kris.

Interesting about the bottlecap explosions causing your framerate issues. If you’re decide to throw a simple mod into the mix, the “Fortune Finder Four Fix” will stuff those caps straight into your pocket.

Haha make sure it’s the top shelf kind, and nuka world will happen but I’m gonna wait a bit before jumping back into a slog like this
@krisisgaming the hardest part of nuka is the gauntlet and galactic zone, my only idea is go for the bottling plant for the nuka cola power armor, kiddie kingdom and safari for enemies, after safari you can turn the cloning machine back on for new animal spawns, kill and sell meat for caps, cant turn on power till after you give commonwealth spots, so will have to do open season,
cant wait to watch what better method you find.

Not gonna lie, I feel this, everytime I look at modded Skyrim . That game acts more like and engine than a game but fallout run can barely run as intended haha

I thought that maybe with less bodies I’d be fine , but it turns out I was wrong haha
I'm not a huge fallout 4 fan, at least not anymore. Terrible RPG with almost no option to actually roleplay. Factions powered by the most nonsensical ideologies and character builds all feel the same after a certain point.
But damn do I love far harbour. The ambient music, the foggy aesthetic and even the factions became more sane. If all of fallout 4 was like it I would probably still love it today.
You did a good job here. The whole carrot to deathclaw pipeline was brilliant.
I feel you, fat harbour feels like it should’ve been the main plot of 4 instead of a side piece, all besides the dima puzzles ofocurse haha

I thought far harbour was a level 15 dlc same as automotron, I know Nukaworld is a level 30 dlc but far harbour should of been

Nuka world is probably gonna be the hardest one but his main weapon and armor is probably gonna be the gun you get from the pack leader and quantum power armor
I think the problem solver is the easy first choice but idk if itll stay that way forever
@@krisisgaming I always hate getting it because the ammo pretty much doesn’t spawn in the common wealth but seeing your gonna be in nuka world for the entire challenge that probably won’t be a problem

I got the Night time radium rifle and having 270 damage at 2 am is perfect every night got it at lvl 3 chest hahah

Do you need to do all five memory puzzles to beat Far Harbour? I thought only the first three were needed to beat the DLC and the other two are for lore and armour.
It is only the first 3 , I asked chat this as I played and they had me convinced I had to do all 5 haha
I would have admirals friend ed it that thing would probably one shot anything that spawns so hide let urself relaod and prevent settlers from helping plus harpoons arent expensive they are decently heavy but still
That’s a great idea, not to mention if you upgrade it to fletchetes, then you can recover your ammo without having to run to the shop

These things tend to happen haha, sanctuary was way worse
Here the game was trying to keep track of every individual item which included hundreds of bottle caps. It can't handle doing everything right.
The engine wasn't made expecting this sort of play.
